I ordered tile samples that I was interested in ordering for my homeI paid $ for each tile "sample" and received an email on Feb.7th from a sample services teammate that my order was being processed I emailed this person back on Feb.12th asking for a tracking number; yet I received no responseI did receive the samples later that day, however, I only received of the requestedSince that time I have emailed, called, and left voicemails for sample services as well as the extension for additional helpI submitted another contact form on the Daltile website asking for helpAs of Feb28th I have received NO response to any of my messagesEvery time I call it goes straight to a voicemail and when I dial for additional help it rings times and also goes to voicemailAt this point they have overcharged me for what I received All want is the sample that I am missing or I want the money I paid for this sample to be refunded to me
