The ID number assigned to this complaint is #*** As discussed, since the date that you received the complaint, the student amassed more hours of training towards the total needed for completion. Once receiving the complaint from you, we immediately contacted the student and further developed a mutually agreed upon schedule that provides additional days of training through the month of July I believe the development of this compact schedule for training adheres to the desired settlement of this claim listed in your documentation sent to our agency.
