***, dated 2/1/which is enclosed, we immediately notified *** *** of the error and kindly asked if he would consider payment to W.TGalbraithWe also advised him to notify his present oil company to make adjustments of the gallons we mistakenly delivered.We can verify that *** *** received the oil because our customer, who is *** *** neighbor, contacted us and advised W.TGalbraith that *** *** approached him with the delivery ticket receipt and notified him the oil was delivered to his home at *** *** ** in error.We have confidence *** *** was aware of the mis-delivery and at this time has used the oil delivered in error to his home at *** *** ** in Springfield PaThis is why payment in the amount of $was requested.Our company did not intimidate nor did we use threatening tactics while communicating with *** ***It is unfortunate *** *** decided not to communicate with W.TGalbaith directly and this situation could not be resolved without the Revdex.com involvement.SincerelyBill G

Galbraith that [redacted] approached him with the delivery ticket receipt and notified him the oil was delivered to his home at [redacted] in error.We have confidence [redacted] was aware of the mis-delivery and at this time has used the oil delivered in error to his home at [redacted] in Springfield Pa.
