Dear ***,Our mutual customer SCEC has been informed several times that WTI Communications is not in the business of holding any customer hostageThey are free to take their phone numbers to any carrier they choose to service their account If the wining carrier is not processing their order correctly or misinforming them, that is beyond our controlThe customer has also been informed that by switching to a different carrier in the the middle of a contract they will be in breach of said contract they will incur an early termination liability Bottom line, the customer can port their numbers any time they want If you have any questions or I can be of further assistance please feel free to contact meThank you***
