At the end of FebI started to communicate via email the general manager Dave C [redacted] and sales person Glenda G [redacted] from Dutton GMC Riverside, CA for the purchase of a new GMC CanyonAfter a few days we negotiated a price on the truck and they even gave me GMC floor mats to make my purchase with their dealershipI sent them a credit appa copy of my CDL and proof of insurance and set a date to pick up the truckThey called my house to advise me their was a enterprise rental coacross the street from their dealershipWe agreed upon the vehicle with the stock order number and vin numberEverything was setOn Wednesday afternoon I reca text from Glenda G [redacted] who told me the general manager sold my truck to a friend of hisI told her you have to be kidding ,we had a deal everything was set.She they tried to sell me another truckThey had another general manager contact me about helping get another truck but when I told her GMC corporation Office who not be happy with their dealership play games as they did I never heard from them againDuring the whole sales experience they keep talking about honest family run business ect ectThis dealership is a jokeI kept all the texts/emails so there is no misunderstandingIn one hour I negotiated my truck from a GMC dealership in Redlands, CA and picked up the truck the next morning.To my surprise I saved about $ 1600.00.No games or trick the price they quoted is the price I paidI would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone

I purchased a new engine on November 8, I've had problems from day one of the service I have complaint from day one of the service I took it in and a dealer said since they couldn't duplicate they cant do anything I have took in my truck in at least times I have had seven engine lights they always say we could duplicate it and send me on my way I've called GM twice I took my truck back to the dealership again two weeks ago with another engine light the service manager Jerry used a scanner to check the computer and he didn't put up any codes I left my truck for two days the technician drove it and he used a GM scanner and it picked up all my history codes I've been complaining about for months now they are telling me what I already known my truck is misfiring in cylinder and and then Iam told that the repair might not fix the problem how much more of my time and money do have have to give to get what I already paid for and to complete the service I also have to pay fo

This place has horrible customer serviceIf you are thinking about going here please first read this reviewI scheduled an appointment on 9/with the service department because my truck had the trailer hitch sensor going onMariah R*** was the person who helped and informed me that she would order the part and scheduled me to come back first thing on 9/I made sure I arrived early to my appointment on 9/getting there at 7:45amEd F* was the service provider for the appointment which was scheduled for 8amI was never communicated with on the progress of the repair and sat in the service waiting area for hours watching my truck just sit there occasionally being moved from one parking space to anotherI finally asked what's going on and was told the part was not ordered and they were waiting for it and my truck would not be done until 2pmFinally at Noon I told them I am getting tired of waiting then an hour later they came up and said my truck was readyThey gave me my keys and said the paperwork would come to me in the mailNot once did they explain what was doneThe trailer brake sensor is still going off so whatever they did they didn't fix the problemI guess they just wanted to get an unhappy customer out of the waiting room

I brought my vehicle here for a diagnosisThe dealership shop determined I needed a new engineThey suggested a rebuild of the existing engine, a replacement remanufactured engine from GMC, a new vehicle purchase, a used engine replacement or a remanufactured engine from a 3rd party vendorI was quoted apprapproximately $8,for a remanufactured engine from GMC, after a little research I was able to find a 3rd party vendor named Discount Powertrain selling a remanufactured engine for $3,We chose to go with Disocunt Powertrain due to the $5,price difference of the engine aloneThe service advisor and the shop manager agreed to perform the service of removal and install of the enginesUpon installation of the new remanufactured engine from Discount Powertrain, the technician ran the engine at idle for mins and the engine ran fine according to the technicianThe installing technician then took the vehicle for a mile test drive, it was then that the vehicle shut off d

I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Dutton and purchased an extended warranty for $5kMy car started driving very badly and the check engine light was on & blinkingI took into Dutton to diagnoseAt first Bernie tried telling me there was nothing wrong with it but acknowledged the check engine light was onMy wife then called back & spoke to Jerry Flores who admitted there were several issues with the car but it had be “acting up” for them to properly diagnose the problem, even though codes were coming back at to the issuesThis dealership has done absolutely everything not to fix the car or honor the $5k extended warranty THEY sold me that covers the car top to bottomEveryone from the GM Dave Crain to his condescending daughter *** have been beyond unprofessional and won’t stand behind THEIR warranty!

Dutton is the worst dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business withBought an Escalade from them and purchased an extended warranty to ensure my car was covered if any unforeseen problems arose during my time owning the carMy car started acting up and the check engine light came on, was blinkingTook in to Dutton and at first they tried lying saying there was nothing wrong with itThen when I said “yea because a check engine light on is normal” Jerry Flores the service manager said the car had to be “acting up” for them to know what was wrong with itEven though they ran a diagnostic on it ($charge) and codes came upWhen I told them I wouldn’t pick my car up until they fixed it the GM Dave Crain got extremely rude and said “our business with you is done” I’ve had issues with them & Dave before but could only take back to Dutton as my useless $5k extended warranty was bought from them and another dealership couldn’t find itBottom line stay clear from this dealership as they are all unprofessional from the GM Dave to his daughter Christy whom I’m not quite sure what her job title is besides writing fake yelp reviews every time a customer leaves a negative review

Where do I even start? Purchased a escalade esv from Dutton a couple years ago & in October replaced all tires & had the car aligned for a little over $& was told verbally & in writing they were warrantied for 40,miles19k miles later & my front tires are worn out on the insideSpoke with Wally about replacing them since they are clearly under warranty & he started stutteringHe tried to say "well have you had your tires rotated since you've bought this tires?" First of all that was never said I had to do for their warranty to be valid & it's no where in writing! But when I answered that I actually had TWICE he seemed shocked as if that was going to be his way out of honoring their "warranty" I told him I had in fact had my tires rotated because I've had my brakes & rotors changed at good year since replacing the tiresHe then went into a while why didn't I have them replace our brakes to which I quickly responded "because your service here takes forever & you quoted us $more than good year" This dealership is such a *** dealership that I will never be back! Their staff are all unprofessional to say the leastI will have good year replace & go after them civilly as I refuse to give this dealership any business ever again

Last time I visited, I complained about electric mal-function and the service advisor said it was fine But I knew something was wrong because my car kept draining battery I just thought it was battery problem Last week, my car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Cadillac and this time, they found the problem I addressed the issue on my previous visit and they didn't find the problem until this time, after it damaged my car even moreThe service advisor was rude and did not want to hear my problem at all
