hairdo for her 8yo daughter which the customer kept changing as the hair was being braided, all this against her daughter's wishes. We tried our best to satisfy her even to the point of redoing her daughter's hair a few time. At the end of the service, she was given a $10 discount and left happily. In addition, the person who braided the hair is a licensed braider in NYS and our earnings are in compliance with NYS.  We, sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused this customer and we are willing to refund her $20.
