I do not recommend King GMC for service The transmission on my GMC Yukon was slipping and I took it there for service 27k miles later and it's slipping again It now has 112k miles and they said it's not under warranty anymore I expect a better repair from a dealer I will not buy a vehicle or have service there again
I bought a vehicle from there in September and have yet to receive my tags and title from DCKing Buick delayed submission of my information for no apparent reason to the DC DMV and when they finally did, they submitted the wrong information! Now that I have received two temporary tags for their mistake and cannot receive anymore, I am at risk of being ticketed on a daily basis after today! Every time I contact King Buick about this situation, I am spoken to as if this has been all my doing and being offered no solutions while being extremely rude and dismissive Not once since speaking to myself or my husband has anyone apologized for the situation or expressed any level of concernThey've only made accusations against me and been extremely rude I no longer want to do business with this dealership and would like to return the carMy financier is supportive of my needs:however, King Auto has denied my request
I purchased a new truck from King Buick GMC I experienced an incident of a stuck accelerator while driving on the highway, an incident which I considered to be life-threatening I contacted the sales representative, who told me he would make note of my concern so that it would be addressed when I brought the truck in for service When my husband took the truck in for service, he also told the technician about the stuck accelerator incident The service report indicates that the truck was checked for "brakes not working multiple times" I contacted King Buick GMC to request to speak to the manager, as I was concerned that this serious incident clearly was not registered on the performance report of my vehicle It was important to me to have an accurate vehicle record in case a second incident resulted in an accident (or worse), and I also wanted the truck's accelerator checked (or computer - whatever the appropriate service would have been) to see if anything could be done to pre

Noticed that the vehicle was having issuesWe brought it into the service department to hook it up to the computer to find out what the problem was A couple of hours later, we were told that we needed a new transmission We asked how is that possible, we just brought in in less than days ago for an oil change and point inspection and was told that everything is finePlus the vehicle has less than 50K milesThe gentlemen on the phone stated that he could not answer that and that he would have to get back with us So we go to the service stationThe gentleman at the front desk, tells us that problem is because someone recently worked on the transmission and improperly replaced the cover, causing the fluid to drain out I explained to the gentlemen that the only work done on the vehicle was a tire & battery replacement and service at your dealership He stated that someone look at it because the bolts and transmission panel was cleaned afterwards and that it was the c
