The misunderstanding has been resolved by delivering the customer's photo within an hour of the original complaintThe last known status of the photos in question,was that the customer's photo was delivered to the YMCA for the customer to pick up at their convenienceThe YMCA is where the photo
has been for the last several weeks, unbeknown to the customerAs far as being unreachable by phone, we have not received any voicemails from the customer for quite some time, nor any e-mailsI was unaware that she had not received/ picked up her order from the YAfter receiving this Revdex.com complaint, I personally called to verify it was still at the Y, picked up the photo, and hand delivered it to the customers home addressI have since contacted to customer to communicate this is what happenedTurned out to be a misunderstanding
