First of all thank you for bringing this issue to our attentionYour letter was the first we knew of any issue with one of our customersWhen I received you letter I went to my technicians, company records and videos for any and all information that could lead to a quick resolution of this issue
After talking with the techs that serviced the vehicle they assured me that all our shop procedures and double checks were adhered toThey informed me that it was the first car of the day so there was no rush as there were no other vehicles at the shop at that timeI confirmed that it was indeed the first car of the day from the day’s paperworkThe one issue I had was recovering the video of when that vehicle was servicedOur DVR system only holds days of data and then records over old data with nowWhen I received your letter, date stamp of /8/15, I went to the DVR to pull video and was only able to go back to the 25th of MayUnfortunately this customer had their vehicle serviced on the 23rd of MayHad they informed of the issue we would have been able to provide more information and been able to help in determining what the issue or problem that occurredOur customers agree that the sole remedy to any warranty issues with work that we do to their vehicles is to bring the vehicle to us for evaluationThe evaluation process involves our insurance company and our techniciansWe examine the vehicle to see if there are any issues with workmanship, parts failure and or general mechanical breakdownIf it is an issue we cannot correct we contact our insurance company and have the vehicle taken to a certified approved repair facility for the work to be done at no charge to our customerSince our customer took the vehicle elsewhere to have work done on their vehicle there is no way that we can neither confirm nor deny that there was any issue with this vehicleThe vehicle in question does have over 200,miles currently on itWhen vehicles reach that kind of mileage general mechanical failures can and do occurNot knowing the service history on the vehicle it is extremely difficult to try and make any guess as to what could have happened with this vehicleAs of the time of this letter our shop has not seen this vehicle nor been contacted by the owner, only the Revdex.comBrent, I would like to thank for taking the time and effort in resolving this issue, unfortunately the customer has not complied with the warranty agreement and there is no much we can do to help them at this pointWe could possibly recommend some repair shops to have the vehicle fixed but that is about allI have a copy of the service report and signed warranty agreement. The response to details of this matter is as follows: Response to Customer's Statement of the Problem: Mrs*** asked us to tow their vehicle to our shop and install a key lock cylinder because her husband had lost the keys to the original switchWe were not asked to diagnose any previous
problemsOur instructions were to tow the vehicle and change the key lock cylinderWe did run into a problem with starting the vehicle after the key lock cylinder was changed but eventually resolved that problem and started the vehicle several times before calling Mrs*** and letting her know the vehicle was repairedAs for the "anti-theft" statement, when I talked to Mrs*** about that I assumed that was the problem but when the vehicle continued having problems, I called the VIN# into the local *** dealership and they informed me that her vehicle does not have anti-theftSome of the problems we ran into were a worn out water pump, a worn out belt tensioner, and a bad battery terminal, Mrs*** did contact us about the vehicle dying on her while drivingWhen she brought it back to us we hooked a scanner to the vehicle and it showed a breakdown in communication to the PCM (power control module)Unfortunately, none of my employees are trained or experienced in electronics repairI advised Mrs*** to contact a shop that does that type of repairWe are very sorry that Mrs*** is unhappy with her serviceHowever, in all fairness we did what we were instructed to do and even went beyond that as far as no charge on the scanning of her vehicle which is normally a $scanning fee, replacing engine oil at no charge, and allowing them to have their vehicle before the entire bill was paidResponse to Desired Settlement: The $Mrs*** paid was for services she receivedShe asked for a key lock cylinder to be installed and we installed itShe asked for a new water pump and we installed itShe asked for a new belt tensioner and we installed itAs for the balance of $that is still owed, as a gesture of good faith, we are willing to absolve her of this debt immediatelyI honestly feel like there is no wrong doing on our part, but we are willing to do what we can within reason to resolve this situation

This is not a resolution.  This does not fix my vehicle.  It has been parked in front of my house for a month.  It doesn't even start.  I feel that some of my money should be refunded.
