Very unhappy with the service provided Top Villas doesn't keep their property calendars updated so while you may be allowed to book their properties on other sites (and even get confirmation from a top villas agent afterwards that the property is available for your stay) they may later come back and tell you its no longer available Very disappointing when you've cancelled other reservations based on their confirmation Happened to us and when I called and emailed several times to discuss with the property manager, he wouldn't reply or return my callsVery disappointed!

Review: I have given this business chance after chance to prove they are good people over a 6 month period. This is the last straw. I asked them to figure out my oil light concern power steering problems. They gave my car an oil change and an estimate of over $400 for the power steering. When I bought the car I told them there was something wrong with the steering but they didn't see a reason for concern. it also took them 3 tries to get the air conditioning fixed. Once I picked the car up from the oil change, I noticed the back bar attached to the tire was broke. I took it and showed them and they said they couldn't fix it there so I took it somewhere else to get fixed. That mechanic found a foreign object in the power steering container!!! It appears to be a plastic cap off of an air conditioning refill. And they welded the bar that was broke. It cost me $75. When I called WW AUTO to discuss knocking it off my payment due, the owner cussed me calling me a "[redacted]" among other derogatory statements. If it wasn't bad enough that they put a foreign object into the tank and broke the bar but to cuss me the way he did?? Something needs to be done about this man.Desired Settlement: Would it be too much to look into how their business is really run so they can't trick people anymore? They need to be called out and stopped. Being a business owner does not entitle you to treat people that way. If that's asking too much then how about covering the bill that they caused me to have? It wasn't just were and tear, it was caused by their shop. And a formal apology from the owner for his misconduct.
