Review: On 8/16/2014, after being charged 4.99 for the so called trial on this product, my bank account was charged 89.99, so we called and cancelled the account, after reading the very misleading "fine print" realized what they send you is not actually a trial bottle but a product bottle. And now again on 9/5/2014 my account was charged again for another 89.99 and after speaking with customer service they are saying I didn't cancel my entire account just one part of it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! On that day, we spoke with the customer service person and I made it very clear that their company was a sham and I wasn't going to be a customer any longer, so they then refunded my bank account 22.50 since they couldn't refund the whole price, so I sucked up the loss, thinking I was done dealing with this company. I have contacted my bank, this company is a scam. It is terrible the this company still exists because people like I, don't have the time to fight. There are multiple complaints against this company all over the internet and now I know why. Companies should not be allowed to operate in such a manner.Desired Settlement: I want to send the product back with paid shipping, I want an email confirmation that the account is cancelled (which I still haven't received, even though they said they would send one), and I want my refund back for the product, that was misleading. The full charge price of 89.99. In a check form. Since I have since had to cancel my debit card. How does one cancel an account on 8/16/2014 and then get charged again on 9/5/2014. This company needs to be held accountable.

Review: I ordered a trial of both the [redacted] and the [redacted], fell sick and tried several times within the 14 day window to cancel but was stuck on hold for 30+ minutes each and every time. I finally got through to a support representative who was less than helpful as I was tasked with taking note of long return #'s over the phone, when I requested that he email me he stated he could not do that. . . What kind of online business cannot email their clients information!? Secondly I was told that I would be responsible for shipping the product back at MY OWN EXPENSE. I would be responsible to pay a re-stocking fee. So basically I am out $50 for a product I never used and adamantly desired to return.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund (ie shipping, price of product) and the re-stocking fee waived. I am tempted to DEMAND reimbursement for my time (roughly 4 hours).

Review: both me and my wife signed up online to try a sample bottle of their product. then we were charged $100 each the next month and nothing ever showed up here besides the sample bottle. the transaction dates on my bank statement are june 8. I called and they said they would refund the money and I also said make sure we are not on the autoship option... several weeks later still no refund and when I call in, it is like starting over again and nobody will help. at this point, they tell me that now its over 30 days and they can only refund half of the two transactions. since then we had our identity stolen and had to change debit card numbers so they cant refund it to those cards anyway as they don't exist anymore. today, 3 months later after the two $99.98 transactions, they tell me on the phone that there is nothing they can do and that it is 3 months past.... I am so irritated that these clowns now have $200 of my money and I have nothing to show for it!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back........ I still have the two unopened bottles of product that I do not want. help!!

Review: Like thousands of others, I ordered a trial for $2.99 and was then charged $202.42 as they have buried in size 1 font that they will continue to bill.On July 29th, 2014 I ordered [redacted] and [redacted] trial pack (they are sister companies), just like many other peoples complaints, and unknown to me, in a size 1 font, at the very bottom of their page, it states that if you do not cancel your order within 14 days, they will continue to charge you $89.99 x2 (for 2 different supplements) to a total of $202.42 each month.Once I realized I was getting this additional charge, I called [redacted] and they are working on the dispute, but the agent at [redacted] told me that this is a classic bait and switch scam with online companies. He filled out a report and told me they would be dealing with it for me.Then I called the company where I spoke with [redacted] (recorded the call). [redacted] was incredibly rude, and basically told me that the $202.42 I was paying for was actually for the trial, not a new shipment, to which I said, "how is it that they are only charging me for it today (Aug 12, 2014). She kept running around in circles, and eventually I just told her to cancel all orders, and that I would let [redacted] deal with it, as they have already told me they would.I also have a complaint with [redacted], and they resolved it by issuing a refund for the $89.99 plus tax, this was just put back on my card today. This company is a HUGE SCAM, and they are preying on people who are wanting to be fit. I never even got my original order which I did authorize, and then they are charging me $202.42 for a second order?Desired Settlement: I also have a complaint with [redacted], and they resolved it by issuing a refund for the $89.99 plus tax, this was just put back on my card today. But because they know how to really work the scam, they work under 2 different company names, so that people don't think to go after them both. while I've dealt with [redacted], I now am dealing with [redacted], and want a refund of the $89.99 that they charged me without my consent.
