Review: I contracted with the owner of WW Home Improvement, [redacted], to have a front porch built in October 2012. After giving him deposits for the work in the amount of $1050.00, **. [redacted] never began the work. He just made dozens of excuses about why he didn't show up when he said he would. On December 12, 2012, in a written email, both parties agreed to terminate the contract due to non work at which time **. [redacted] agreed to refund our deposit within 45 days of this agreement on Dec. 12, 2012. We have only been refunded $400.00 to date, one payment of $200.00 on February 16, 2013 and another $200.00 last month, I would like the balance of $650.00 back. **. [redacted] has made far too many excuses and has not returned my calls or responded to my messages.Desired Settlement: Get the balance of $650 of our deposit back in cash by August 1, 2013.

Review: This loser took a deposit for work on my house and never completed it. Refuses to return deposit.Desired Settlement: Return $1600 owed to me.

Review: We hired [redacted] from WWhomeimprovement January 20th to do a roof repair. He said it was a one day job, and he would be done that day. It was a roof coating on a tin roof, with new shingles put on a porch roof and then capping to be put around the roof to inhibit squirrels and birds getting into the rafters. We paid him $1800 of a $2200 agreement.

He left that day with the roof unfinished. We have been attempting to get him back out to finish since January 20th. Repeated phone calls have resulted in no shows and he has on numerous occasions stated he would be out the very next day only to not appear. We currently have half a roof done and it is 6 weeks in.Desired Settlement: We would like him to finish this job to the specifications he agreed to immediately. If he cannot or refuses to finish, we want a refund.

Review: Contract with business to point and replace crown on chimney. Terms included a five year warranty on work.

Contractor applied some mortar and installed a metal cap.

Quality of the work done is substandard, sloppy and improperly performed.

No pointing was done, and the cap was not replaced.

Mulitiple calls to the business owner resulted in many promises and excuses.

In four months, no work has been done.Desired Settlement: This work needs to be corrected and completed.

I will be satisfied if this contractor performs to the original contract.

Optionally, he can pay another contractor I hire to do the work he failed to do.
