We have went and fix leaks here before , and we did greatly apoplogize !! We also paid for the sheetrock to be repaired where our roof failed in the area !!! So , we have made the effort to take care of the customer, as we feel that is very important !!! We are not sure where this leak is coming from , but are willing to go fix !!! The last time we were there , we believe the siding on the wall is leaking , not the roof !! Also , when we did the roof originally, we told the previous owners , who we did roof for, that the siding needed to be addressed !!! Once again, we are not sure where the leak is this time !?!?! So , we have responded to the customer ,that they can pick any roofing company they want to go look and give estimate , but we would like to be there with the other roofer to see what the problem is ?!? Being that we are gonna pay the bill for any incorrect roofing issues the new roofing company finds !! Cause we believe they will find incorrect siding , not incorrect roofing!!! But hey , if they do find incorrect roofing , we stand corrected and will pay the bill !!!! Please lets fix this ASAP, for the customer and for us !!! Thanks Bobby Campbell ###-###-####
