Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below No court proceedings were EVER cancelled for ANY reasonI provided ACD with not only my email, new phone and new address, but explained to them several times that the paperwork they were sending me was completely uselessTo which, as I said, they either kept sending me the same useless paperwork, told me it wasn't their responsibility, or just plain did not respond at allAnd if you so desire it, I would be more then happy to provide you with names and numbers of family members, friends, church members, the court commissioner and the judge who presided over the caseI was degraded, humiliated and alone during an ordeal I paid for assistance onAnd believe me, the real professionals made me quite awareI was even told to stop printing paperwork off from online if I didn't know the correct papers to fileDo you have any idea how upset and distraught I was about that? I have ptsd, ocd and social anxietyBeing told I am basically providing the court with incorrect paperwork and accused of printing things off willy nilly, when I was in fact filling out what ACD sent to me, that was beyond hard to takeNone of the paperwork the ACD gave to me to fill out was even used during the whole ordeal aside from the initial papers I signed to get the ball rollingThe ACD has the access and can feel free to compare what they sent me, versus what what actually filedAnd on top of church, family and court employees seeing first hand just what kind of "help" I was receiving, you can best believe that even my psyche knew what was going onIf they honestly think they did their job, then shame on themThey took a scared, scarred, low income naiive single mom and threw her to the wolvesI am not impressedI guarantee nobody else is eitherDomestic Abuse, Spirit of Life Church, and the county court all know what they put me through Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

These are needed for court appearance which was scheduled for May 12, and the client MUST finish filling out the needed document and return to us because we do not have all her information that is necessary 05/02/2017 Proposed Marital Settlement and Financial Disclosure Statement (3rd one) sent to MS *** for her to add information and return to us.A Complete Divorce prepared all necessary papers for MS *** divorce and divorce hearing. There were no more documents that could have been filed MS *** did not fill out her part of any document that we sent and requested she return. The Courts take divorce very seriously as do we. The Judge and/or Family Court Commissioner would have told her to take her documents back to *** *** for changes, for our name is on the bottom of every page of every document and each of the judges and the Family Court Commissioner knows we stand behind all of our prepared documents. *** made a point that she attends a church which is at the end of my block, I am glad she is going there. I also attend church regularly

In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint:Our process is that the client indeed does fill in “blank” paperwork.  That is how we get the information in order to prepare the documents required by the courthouse.  Obviously we cannot know a person’s address, date of birth, assets, liabilities,...

place of employment, salary, etc., so they must do it.  We include with the paperwork a letter explaining what to do, please see attached. To get her case filed with the courthouse, we prepared on her behalf a Petition, Summons, Waiver of Fees, Order to Show Cause, Confidential Petition Addendum.  She signed those documents; we copied and filed them with the offices of Clerk of Courts, Family Court Commissioner, and Child Support. We requested two hearings on her behalf, one in June 2016 and one in January 2017, both of which were cancelled.  We tried to get her a hearing in September and prepared, for the first of two times, the Marital Settlement Agreement and Financial Disclosure so she would be ready for her hearing, but she didn’t return them.  We sent her a letter in October asking for the status of her case, see attached. Ms. [redacted] states in her complaint “every single time I went to court” she had the wrong paperwork and would have to “pay to get the right paperwork,” which is not a true statement.  First, she went to court only once, May 12, 2017, which was her final hearing.  This can be verified by going to the open records of Wisconsin’s Court System Court Access.  Secondly, the only paperwork required for a court hearing is the Marital Settlement Agreement and Financial Disclosure, which we prepared AGAIN on her behalf in May 2017, see letter attached with instructions for Ms. [redacted].  She had to sign it, copy it, and then take it to her court hearing.  We can’t take it to her court hearing, she must bring it with her.  Thirdly, one can buy a batch of forms from the Commissioner’s office but you wouldn’t need to buy it each time you “went to court”, and those are the documents we prepared for her. Finally, I spent time with Ms. [redacted] on the phone and, yes, via text, trying to explain what needed to be done.  Her complaint “When I said she was supposed to be during (sic) certain things – not me – she said it wasn’t in her job description” is completely false.  Rick and I both walked her through this, gave her what she needed for her hearing, and neither of us would EVER say it’s not in our job description.Date: September 8, 2016 Case # 16 FA 000258To: [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
No court proceedings were EVER cancelled for ANY reason. I provided ACD with not only my email, new phone and new address, but explained to them several times that the paperwork they were sending me was completely useless. To which, as I said, they either kept sending me the same useless paperwork, told me it wasn't their responsibility, or just plain did not respond at all. And if you so desire it, I would be more then happy to provide you with names and numbers of family members, friends, church members, the court commissioner and the judge who presided over the case. I was degraded, humiliated and alone during an ordeal I paid for assistance on. And believe me, the real professionals made me quite aware. I was even told to stop printing paperwork off from online if I didn't know the correct papers to file. Do you have any idea how upset and distraught I was about that? I have ptsd, ocd and social anxiety. Being told I am basically providing the court with incorrect paperwork and accused of printing things off willy nilly, when I was in fact filling out what ACD sent to me, that was beyond hard to take. None of the paperwork the ACD gave to me to fill out was even used during the whole ordeal aside from the initial papers I signed to get the ball rolling. The ACD has the access and can feel free to compare what they sent me, versus what what actually filed. And on top of church, family and court employees seeing first hand just what kind of "help" I was receiving, you can best believe that even my psyche knew what was going on. If they honestly think they did their job, then shame on them. They took a scared, scarred, low income naiive single mom and threw her to the wolves. I am not impressed. I guarantee nobody else is either. Domestic Abuse, Spirit of Life Church, and the county court all know what they put me through.
