Review: Placed an order through Blissworld.com on 17 April 2013. Never received within 10 weeks, checked online status which said, "not yet shipped". Called company at posted ####-###-#### and inquired if there was a problem with the order. Customer Service representative stated "no, it was shipped. Give it another 2 weeks" Payment posted on my credit card on 24 April. Called again in June and was told it was shipped. I responded it was never received at my address and asked if we could make an inquiry through the shipper they use. She responded, "No I had to do that and hung up". (How could the receiver do it, when I don't know which shipper they use or any proof that it was shipped?) No other resolutions were offered. Called again in July, the representative was much friendlier than the first two who mentioned the online status still read "not yet shipped", he stated it was shipped via USPS with a tracking # of 1[redacted] shipped on 22 April 2013 and delivered on 30 April. If it was tracked, was it not signature on delivery? They never dropped off at our address and someone was home. I tried to track online with USPS and no information was available. I called again and asked if we could place an inquiry through their shipper (USPS). The representative stated he would elevate this to a higher authority and they would call me back. I provided 3 phone #s, as to not miss their call. This purchase was intended as a gift in April.) I have not heard anything since. I wrote an online letter on 22 August requesting a shipping inquiry again, and asking the company if they could not honor the $85.40 order; then to credit my account, and also notifying them of my intention to place a Revdex.com complaint if no resolution to this is considered.Desired Settlement: Was initially still considering delivery of original order...some of which is not available now. After August, now I just want a refund.
