The credit card I placed this order has refunded the amount and contacted this vendor, they also did not...

receive a response from them. I was told that after 45 days if the vendor did not provide evidence of having sent this order, which they told me the item was no longer available but did not refund the amount paid- that they considered the transaction closed and the merchant was liable for the full balance. That being said this company is very shady and there are numerous complaints online regarding people who experienced the same problem. Despite repeated calls the "customer service representative" would never put me through to an manager or person in higher authority. It sounded like she ran the operation from her apartment and was deceptive in the process.

Review: Ordered prescription glasses with options in Oct 2013. Ref Order # [redacted]. Glasses arrived with a correct prescription but no options ordered. Returned for correction. No replacement received until early Dec. Now the prescription was wrong and caused major vision issues but the options were there. Returned again for correction. Isunglasses initially said they would make sure to make them right this time but instead now just want to credit me for the frames but not the lenses already leaving me on the hook for ~$259.97 with nothing in hand to show for it! Unbelievable! I just want my glasses ordered to be made properly. There is a continuing dispute for charges logged with my credit card company for at least partial protection but iSunglasses has demanded this be dropped or they will not make the corrected glasses. I still would prefer that they make my glasses and the dispute will of course be dropped assuming they are now made correctly. The President of "iSunglasses" called saying he would not remake the glasses without this being done. My CC company says this should not be done as any protection I would have would then be gone. I am stuck in the middle with no product ordered and a potential $260 charge for absolutley nothing. This company appears to be dishonest based on statements made by their CS dept and President "[redacted]".Desired Settlement: I would prefer a correct replacement of the product ordered as I have said all along. If this cannot or will not be done then a full refund is in order.

Review: I bought a pair of frames without the Rx corresponding to order [redacted] and I took them to my optometrist where I bought my own lenses and I came to realize I didn't like them. I called on the [redacted] day via your customer service representative where I told her I did not have the demo lens anymore and wanted to return them. She told me after speaking with her [redacted] I tampered with the glasses and cannot return them which is hardly true. I spoke to a rude and rudimentary spoken [redacted] who had the audacity to ask me if I knew what the word tamper meant which is an insult to my masters degree. Obviously she didn't know what it meant I didn't cause intentional damage to the frame in any way which is what the word tamper means. She told me in retail you cannot return something used which again is untrue and is irrelevant in my case being that I did not wear them once outside the optometrist office. She told me that they come with demo lenses so I can try them and I told her I cannot see with a demo lenses and she stated that is not our problem. I'm sure the owner of this company knows not all customers wear demo lenses which is why they are eye glasses in the primary place. I have never spoken to someone so rude and condescending who doesn't even know how to render customer service let alone run the company as she told me. She said she'd leave notes in my order to tell the owner they would not return the glasses and I told her I would complain here and she said well it won't get granted. She basically told me she would sabotage this entire process and her being so presumptuous perplexes me to the point where I will advise anyone to NEVER patronize this company again ever! She told me that they cannot resell the frames and I am trying to coax her into taking my return when all I did was be honest and tell them I didn't have the demo lens. I said I will get the demo lens from my optometrist and she said well we won't take the return. No where on the site does it say demo lenses needs to be included as a return nor does it say original box and accessories which I have by the way. She said it is assumed which again is incorrect and small minded of her to think all people would assume that. These glasses are not used in any way nor have they been tampered with and I don't know who will read this complaint but I do know my options as a consumer even if it includes a litigation. At this point it is not about the return it is about the lack of respect being shown here by someone who has some self-proclaimed faux power to assert over me and I digress completely. I will not be disrespected by the likes of someone who is saying they run the company because if that were remotely true, she wouldn't be answering the phones. I advised her on interpersonal training because she has no idea how to deal with an escalated situation and when I asked to speak with someone else she declined and said I run the company there is no one else but an IT guy. Again, I told her the exact truth and she still tried to argue with someone that can't be argued with. This is my first and last time buying here which is sad being that I was referred her by someone else and I replace my frames every 6 months. I'm sure I could of worked it out somehow but the sheer witlessness representatives here make that impossible. There is no fine print on the website what so ever but you guarantee your products and services? That's ironic given my problem.Desired Settlement: I want to return these unworn glasses for a refund. I disagree with the notion told to me that they can't be resold when they are new and not damaged in any way.

Review: I purchased a pair of Prescription, Poloraized sunglasses. When I got them, they were distorted. I have 2 pairs of glasses, and 1 pair of sunglasses at home, all polarized, same prescription, and no issue. I have heard that sometimes polarized lenses can get distorted when tinting. When they checked them out in their lab, after I returned them, they said that the RX is fine, no issue. When I put them on I got dizzy, and they were distorted. I paid $169.97, but they only refunded $100. They said their policy states that they can only issue refunds for the frames. I would think if the glasses are distorted they should make some type of exception. I can't wear prescription sunglasses that are distorted. I spoke to [redacted] and e:mailed with [redacted] and several other associates. I asked to escalate to management, and I got an e:mailed response from [redacted], so I assume she's the [redacted].Desired Settlement: Since I returned the glasses that were distorted, I would like a full refund. I'd like the balance of $69.97 to my credit card, which was used to make this purchase.

Proud purchase! Although my item was on back order, I received it during the window time I was promised. Customer service was patient and kind and respectful!

Review: I purchased some Versace eyeglasses from www.isunglasses.com in 01/2014. The selling point for me was that these two-hundred plus dollar glasses said that they would have a scratch resistant coating on the lenses. Unfortunately, after this short period of time a supervisor at the said company said that they can not assist me any further, they could only assist me free of charge if the said scratches happened within thirty days. I told this supervisor that that is not possible, the lenses your company provided said they had a scratch resistant coating on them, but as I have worn the glasses I wear them, clean them with the provided cloth and then place them in their container. If the said glasses did have the scratch resistant coating then the lenses would have never gotten any fine scratches on them.Desired Settlement: I want my two-hundred plus dollar glasses to be replaced with the scratch coating they are supposed on the lensese or give me a refund.

Review: I ordered a pair of eyeglasses from isunglasses.com on 5/**. There is a bold flashing banner at the top of their home page which touts their "Hassle Free Returns" and "No Restocking Fees, No Questions Asked" I have a dated, time stamped photo of their webpage to support my claim. My return was credited not the $394 purchase price but $354 which is not only a 10% restocking fee but the restocking fee was rounded up in their favor. I called and spoke to a CSR who acknowledged the banner ad on their site but stated "In our FAQ it clearly states we charge a restocking fee". She refused to reconcile the difference, I asked to speak to a [redacted], she said she was the [redacted]. I informed her I would be contacting my credit card company and the Colorado State Attorney's office. She said go ahead, still refusing to rectify the problem created by their false advertising.Desired Settlement: All I want is for this scheister company to honor the policy their so boldly advertise on their own web page- "Hassle Free Returns" and "No Restocking Fees, No Questions Asked"

Review: I purchased eye glasses from this company in December of 2013. Paid for priority shipping and shipping insurance. I never received this item, have not been reimbursed and was told by the company there is nothing they can do about it. I am out $175 with what appears to be no recourse.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $175.

Review: Order No: [redacted] Placed initial order on 11/**/2013

I received a notice that the item I ordered was discontinued. I called into the service Department to change my order to black frames instead (sunglasses)

Item was supposed to take 7-10 days to ship, finally got delivered on 1/**/2014

There was an issue with the item being delivered to my home address so it was returned to sender.

I placed another phone call into customer service stating that I would pay the $22 to overnight the glasses back to my home. They complied

I waited another 5 days, still no sunglasses

I called into customer service again, they stated that there was weather issues and it might take an little longer to receive them

I placed another call into customer service on 3/*/2014 stating that I still hadn't received my order and asked for a refund of my initial order amount.

It is now 3/**/2014 and the amount of $232 has NOT been returned to my accountDesired Settlement: Refund of my entire order within the next 5 business days

Review: Found Tiffany frames [redacted] on another site for 155.55 so I submitted the website for the price match guarantee. I got an email in return saying that they wouldn't match the price even though they have a price match guarantee. They said that the 155 price was too close to the wholesale price they pay for the frames. So basically, they lie. They tell you they'll price match until there's not enough meat on the bone for them.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their price match GUARANTEE and sell the glasses to me for the 155.55

Review: Ordered a pair of glasses online from this company on December **, 2013, paid by using PayPal. Never received any communications from the company with order number etc. I called on January *, 2014 to inquire about the product and was told that they had no record. When I gave them the PayPal confirmation number as well as notification that they received the funds, they suddenly found the order number. I requested an email with the order confirmation - I never received anything. I inquired when the item would be sent, they were unsure but said to check back in February. I called again on February **, 2014 and was told the item was on back order and would be sent by the end of March, again I asked for an email documenting the order, was told again they would send it. At that time, I also asked why I was charged since standard practice is to charge when the item is mailed. They responded that these were a special order. I called on April **, 2014 and was told the answer had been cancelled in March. I told them, I had not spoken to them and then was told that they cancelled the order, since it was discontinued by the manufacturer. I asked the customer service representative, [redacted] why I was never informed that the item was cancelled and why did I not receive a full refund. She said it must have been a system error. At this point I frustrated since that was the same excuse given for not receiving an order confirmation when I first placed the order back in Decemberr. I also told her I had written several times for the tracking status and she said that it was not a valid email address and that it was a link. I was then told, I was mistaken and stupid and should have known it was a link. I asked her to go to the page and check it herself since it clearly said email and that no links include the "@" symbol. At that point she said something most be wrong with the webpage and it needed to be fixed (it has not), I also told her that while they were at it they may want to remove the product I ordered since it was according to her "discontinued" (they still list it as available). I subsequently talked with a representative of the manufacturer and was told it is a staple item and readily available. On April **, 2014, she said that my money would be refunded in 24 hours. I asked her for a confirmation email to which she replied, there was no need to send. When I told her given my experience with this company, I wanted something in writing and would wait on the phone, until it had been recieved. She finally consented and sent the following:

Dear Customer, As per your request, we are sending this email to confirm your order cancellation. Your Paypal payment has been refunded and shall be reflected back into your account within 24 hours. If you should decide to place a new order with us in the near future, please contact us directly and we will gladly provide you with a discount for being a returning customer. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.

It has now been 6 days and I have not received this refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund or the glasses ordered which are available. They have had access to $413.88 of my money for four months without providing the product or the refund, which should have been sent when they cancelled the order on March *, 2014.

Review: I ordered sunglasses as a wedding gift for my husband on ** June. The email confirmation stated that my item was in stock, and would take up to 5 days to process, and up to 5 days for delivery. Well, as I waited and the item did not come, I called customer service and was told it was being ordered from the manufacturer in Germany. The sunglasses did not arrive in time for my wedding. When I returned to the USA and called customer service to return the item, I was told I would be charged 'restocking fee', even though it was THEIR MISTAKE that the item did not arrive on time, since it was NOT IN STOCK. BAIT AND SWITCH. I tried to speak with a manager on 2 occasions, and was told 'manager is not available'. This was a $300 pair of glasses, which now I do not need, because it didn't arrive in the time frame given. I WILL NOT PAY THEM FOR THEIR MISTAKE, I WANT TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT, AND HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. I would like a full refund with no restocking fee. This is a sham business. Very disappointing.
