Review: I ordered a computer Asus UX31A-DB71 last year from Jittles.com and paid by credit card online. My card was charged the amount of $1334.39 on Sep 2, 2012. After numerous emails with excuses as to why the unit could not be shipped, [redacted] promised to reimburse me for the amount he charged my credit card + compensation for the inconvenience ("We are willing to issue you a full refund to your card with 30% APR interest from the day of the charge" per his email of 10/10/12). He never did pay me back. I have contacted him numerous times since. He replies to email, pretending to send a check (e.g., his recent email from Oct 15, 2013: "Please send me your address and I will send you a check with the 30% interest. Please allow us 2 weeks to verify with the processor and issue your check. I promise you will either receive a refund or a check from us within 14 days.") Then he pretends the check is in the mail, e.g., his email of Oct 29, 2013: "Your check will be mailed on Friday, Nov 1. The full amount of the check is $1100+$330 (30% interest) for $1430.00. We are in the process of moving, and so the delay. Thanks for your patience." I can no longer believe him; this is ridiculous. I have not seen a dime yet. I have acted in good faith for a very, very long time. Now, more formal, legal action is in order.Desired Settlement: I want my money back - best if he could credit my credit card but a valid check is fine too (as long as I can cash it)!
