This people wasn't able to file an aviation case and charge me for it. They took my money for no service.
When I first called Abraham Penton told me that he was able to help me with my case because he has done many evictions. At the end he didn't know what he was doing once he filed the paper work with the court 6 times and it was denied. So the court clerk called me and asked me if I was an indigent because he was not paying the court cost for filling the paper work. I said that I was not an indigent and paid him for his service and for the court costs. She told me becareful because I could get in trouble Once I asked him why he was filled the paper work that way he abonned the case and I end up with a bill for a service that was not provided. Beware of his practice.
I would like to have my mo refunded once he not provided the service he was contrac to do it.
The customer paid to have eviction papers prepared and then filed with the court. The customer received the service and the papers were prepared. The eviction was also filed with the court along with filing fee of $201.83. The filing was rejected several times because a form was missing. The mistake was corrected and ready to be filed but the customer decided to not use our services anymore. The customer is aware that refunds cannot be made for services rendered. The customer may only be refunded the filing of $201.83. The remaining disputed balance cannot be refunded because she already received the service and was in possession of the documents that can be used at anytime if she chose to file the papers herself. The dispute is currently pending with PayPal and a determination has not been made yet. Once a determination has been made through PayPal we will honor it.

For now I got $201 back from discover card once they acknowledged that I was entitled. I am still disputing the rest of the money .The service wasn't Never provided .The filling of the paper work was done 6 times and finally abandoned to queue.This company claims that the service was provided is not true because I have to hire a lawyer to do the eviction for me. I am still disputing the rest of the money with dicover credit card trying to make they unsderstant that a service was not provided just a attempt without any sucess.This is a business eager to get money from customers at any cost with any knowledge for what they are doing.i

As the paper work showed the case was abandoned Amd the the service was not rendered. The clerk from the court house called me saying that the paper work had many mistakes and becareful because it was be filling as an indigent what I did paid for and this company was filling as they please. As I said before I did not received the services that I paid for . I am waiting for a positive answer from PayPal on this.
Once I again. We do not agree with what the customers allegations. However, once PayPal makes a decision then we will honor the outcome regardless who's at fault.
