Review: I ordered a patio table and 6 chairs in late April from the Rockville, MD store. I was informed that some chairs had to be shipped in and should arrive that following Wednesday. After a week I called the store to find out what is going on with my order only to find out that everything was back-ordered, and that I would not receive anything until the first week in June. The first week in June comes, and I call the store again. I am told it should have come in this week and that they hope it comes in the next week. The second week in June comes and I still have no patio furniture. They charged my credit card at the time of the order. That was fine when I thought all of this was ready to ship. I don't know of any business that charges you for back-ordered products. For any furniture I have bought, I have always paid when it was delivered. To summarize, it has been 2 months with no idea when this furniture is going to be ready, and I am out thousands of dollars. I request a complete refund through the store but they refused. Patio.com has failed to deliver any of the products in my order in the time frame they promised and have failed to live up to their end of this business transaction.
