Review: I had originally purchased a product that ended up being defective and contacted the company with the proper return process and shipped the product back with confirmation from [redacted]. I then contacted the company later on asking about the progress of my return with the response that the return would be processed within the week. Since then I have not been refunded and have tried several times contacting the sales support via phone and email with no response at all regarding my funds being returned. It has been almost 3 weeks with no response and returned funds.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. That is all I have been requesting.
