To sum up my experience in one sentence....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a bottle for ChristmasMy credit card was charged $for this bottle What arrived at my home was the wrong bottle and of lesser value, approx $To date, this company has not helped me, will not return my phone calls, and emails They have my money and I have a cheap bottle THAT I DID NOT ORDER! During the holiday season, they used to answer the customer service lineNow when I call it, it just rings and rings and rings, goes to a voicemail, I leave yet another message and never hear a word backI wish I would have never heard of this place, much less ordered from itTerrible, Just terrible!

ReserveBar charged my credit card $on 3/11/and has not delivered goodsI requested cancellation on 3/28/and am still waiting for refund I placed an order online at reservebar.com on March 11th and they charged my credit card $I called about weeks later inquiring about order, they didn't have it ready yetOn March 28th I called again asking them to cancel my order, they verbally said they would cancelI emailed on 3/to confirm cancellation and no responseToday on 4/3/I've called again and they said my order is still not cancelled and they need a supervisor to cancel the orderI asked to speak to the supervisor and was refused

I placed an order on December for a holiday gift for my client My receipt said it should have been delivered by the 19th I figured it was delievered Then, on the 23rd, I got an email from Reservebar stating that the item I'd ordered was out of stock and asked me if I'd like to order something else or cancel I replied that I was irritated that it took days to notify me that it was out of stock (my client wouldn't receive their gift prior to Christmas) and to cancel my order and refund the charges I needed a client gift to go out, so I placed another order with a different company Then, on the 28th, a Reserve Bar customer service rep emailed me to say my order shipped that day (28th) and it can't be recalled I'm stunned..."But, I asked you to cancel it on the 23rd when you said it was out of stock?" I can't return it to them for a refund because it wasn't delivered to me Their response is that they're understaffed and swamped with holiday orders They have made no attempt to remedy the situation They made me pay for their poor planning...just all around bad business practices (from stocking to communicating to shipping and providing customer service...all bad)

I placed an order for an engraved bottle of rye No problems, the product was completed and sent as requested Only they charged by card $extra I wrote twice for an explanation and they have not responded

Reserve Bar website "Guaranteed" Delivery of products by Christmas and did not follow through They will not respond to our inquiries

Website advertises items for sale that they do not have Customer service lacks tremendously as they do not call back when promised nor can they tell you any status of your order I've done more work to find out about my order than they have Site advertises that it will be shipped in time for Christmas but the truth is they do not have the items in inventory Buyer beware Closing my account with them immediately

I wish I had seen the low reviews here before I placed an order with ReserveBarIt's been over a month and I'm still trying to get a refund and order cancellation, on an order they charged my credit card for and still have not even sent outCustomer service is a joke, I've called twice and asked to speak to a supervisor and they refuseThis company needs to be shut down

I order a bottle of alcohol from the company, they were out of it so I ask for a refund and I still have not received it
I purchased the product on December 2017, the order will be under my email ***@gmail.com, it's was for the amount of 99.00, they said the funds were sent back to but I still have not received it and every time I call and leave messages no one gets in contact with me

Delivery of product took twice as long as guaranteed via website No one at customer service will return phone calls (messages) or emails (sent)
I ordered a product on December 14th, was sent an email on the 17th that is was shipped It should have arrived prior to Christmas The website guaranteed if ordered before December 16th it would arrive prior to Christmas It did not arrive on time I cannot get anyone from the company to return emails I have sent or voicemails I have left to discuss the matter The website states it will return correspondance Monday- Friday 9-but they have not in the past week and a half I paid for shipping with the guarantee of delivery prior to Christmas My order number is XXXXXXXXX I paid $for the product and $for shipping and in tax Had they not had this guarantee stated on their website and if I thought the product would arrive post the stated delivery, I would have cancelled the order I would like a full refund

I ordered a "Bastille Day gift box " which was supposed to contain a collector wood box , glasses , a bottle and a pourer , I only received the plain bottle and get no answer or solution from the said customer support

ReserveBar did a great job creating engraved bottles for our corporate gifting program and even engraved our logo on bottles with a message Janet in their customer service was helpful and friendly I have ordered gifts for family and for myself and never had an issue I love their service and highly recommend them

This company not only took FAR longer to deliver than what was paid for, they also didn't even send 1/of what was orderedI never got a confirmation, and sent emails asking for somethingI actually asked them to cancel it immediately, and they didn't respondThey came back and told me 'they couldn't because what was included with the order.' That's bogus because it was a bottle of vodka - not a social security number or something sensitiveI recommend not even visiting this siteI'll be giving this a star only because I have to but if I had it my way, it'd be a -

I would not recommend this company for orders that need to arrive in a rather timely fashion, and have qualms with their "pre-order" process and lack of information provided up front
