[email protected] May (days ago) tome [redacted] , Hello and thank you for your emailWe are quite disappointed in ***'s behavior as, according to my admin person, the return slip is likely, and has been likely, sitting in her spam folder for two monthsApparently the return slips often get diverted to spam foldersBut, you know, we are an honest organization and we have never had anyone do anything like this beforeSo even though we had been waiting for her return, we have gone ahead and issued a full refund to her and we have told her to keep the item the she receivedTo not return itShe has been notified of the above as well both via [redacted] and direct email from us We are percent honest but we can't account for other people's behaviorShe can keep her item, she can keep her refund and we wish her all the best Thanks, [redacted]

I received that upsReturn label and I personally sent it back months ago And as of June 3rd haven't received my money backeven though I received some email on may 30tth from senior travel stating I can keep the package and a refund had been issued but once again , the package has been since sent back for months now so how can I keep a package that has already been sent backand then I still haven't received my refund
