I am rejecting this response because: This person is lyingI provided the requested information immediately upon understanding what they wantedThey wanted an id number on my account screenOnce I understood, I provided it immediatelyThese people completely ignored me for about two weeks until I complained through you, the Revdex.comNow they are saying it's my fault for not providing requested informationI have dated emails proving otherwiseAlthough this issue is now resolved, it took complaining to the Revdex.com to get it resolved (otherwise they would have continued to ignore me)I highly recommend no one doing business with themAfter being ignored and being told it was questionable whether or not I have an account with WalletHub, and considering the sensitive information they are dealing with, I certainly want people to know these people are questionable at bestThank you, Revdex.com, for your assistanceWithout you I do not feel this would have ever been resolvedI am left with the uncomfortable position of having sensitive financial and personal information exposed and I cannot do a thing about that

for the necessary information to delete her account right away. However, she did not provide us with that information until almost 2 weeks later. As soon as she did, we began the process of deleting her account. As one of our FAQ's states, this process takes up to 15 business days to complete. Her account was deleted this week.I don't understand the issue since this was handled properly and has been resolved.
