After unsubscribing multiple times to their emails, they continue to send me a barrage of sales emails that fill up my inbox. This is a practice that goes directly against CAN-SPAM Act. On top of this complaint, I have made direct contact with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to report this advertising abuse.

Therefore, our system stopped sending him specific emails he opted out of, but still sent him those that he did not opt out of.

This is what his public user settings were before his account was deleted today: He was still subscribed to all notifications, except those he specifically unsubscribed from. If he would have simply reached out to WalletHub's customer service team, we would have walked him through this.In light of this information, I ask that you send this response to the user and do not publish this negative review. It is a case of user error, not an error on the company's part.

I'm responding on behalf of ***'s response rejection we received by mail.When *** opted "out of all," that was to emails within a specific category, not all emails entirely, which was clearly seen in the screenshot we sent. I've attached it again for clarification.I understand the confusion and have relayed it to our User Experience team. I hope *** can understand the reasoning we have provided in terms of a resolution here. WalletHub is the only website that offers free credit scores daily. We are not in the business of sending unwanted emails. I am rejecting this response because:

It is an inaccurate statement for WalletHub to claim that I only opted out for emails within a specific category. From the screenshot attached, it clearly states "Here is what you're currently subscribed to" and then proceeds to list every category in which you are enrolled in. I had opted out of all listed categories. If WalletHub is stating that there are other categories then they should all be listed on that page and I should be able to opt out of all communications. This is clearly a breach in CAN_SPAM Act law.

I’ve never signed up for Wallethub, and noticed when I *** my business they all of a sudden came up right under my company, using my personal name and business.

I requested multiple times to be taken off their website, and also requested how I could do this. There response was:

Unfortunately, removing your profile from WalletHub is not an option in the same way that a restaurant owner cannot remove their listing from ***. If there are any inaccuracies please let us know and we will gladly update your profile.

They took my information then blocked my ip address..trying to force more information from us and make us go to their partner websites...AVOID THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
