12/after meeting and paying a deposit to go over our taxes in our first appointment this company (at the second meeting) had none of the original information we had left with them from previous taxes(HIPA violation...who has our paperwork), and the information they did have was the incorrect tax return of someone else in our file We spent another two hours AGAIN only to re provide our tax information and to be told and lectured (that we were not doing the right thing morally) on incorrect tax information with claiming our children Then were asked to sit and wait while he phoned a colleague to advise him he was incorrect We decided then to not have both our tax returns done at this establishment, and paid at the time in full for mine (*** ***) and filed my partners (*** ***) ourselvesToday (months later) we received two invoices totaling over collecting for services they did not even provide and for what was already paid
