Customer already contacted bank and processed a chargeback so her bank will be issuing a refund.  We have immediately ended her membership. The subscription she purchased does not offer a money back guarantee and no where does it say this or that there is any kind of trial period. ...

Our guarantee (which is expressed numerous times during the webinar and on the order page where [redacted] purchased her subscription.  Right next to the purchase button to be exact so customers are not confused about this.) says that we are happy to issue credit towards any other Wyatt Investment Research subscription if the customer is not satisfied with their initial purchase.

I think [redacted] has misunderstood our service agreement because, although typically our services do have a 30 day refund period, this one does not.  Capitalist Ventures (the service she signed up for), clearly states in writing just next to the button you have to click to purchase (we do...

that so it's VERY CLEAR what our policy is) there is a no refund policy but that we do have a satisfaction guarantee.  In the case that a customer is not satisfied, they can call within 30 days of the purchase date and switch to any of our other services, free of charge. Mrs. [redacted] has called and spoke to numerous client success reps and we have offered to put her in another service as is our policy, but she declined.  I have issued a full refund even though this is outside of our policy this one time.  We will not offer a refund for any future purchases from our company outside of the refund policy.  PLEASE read company policies carefully before buying things in the future. See attached for proof of refund.
