's has taken my car apart and now refuses to complete the work. They have already cashed the check from the insurance company.

Mr. dropped off his vehicle for repair 1/3/19. He signed paperwork to get started with repairs. Mr. bought the State Farm Insurance check in 1/15/19, which was made out to *** & ***’s Paint & Body. Mr. had endorsed the back of the check so ***’s could deposit. Check was deposited 1/16/19. Parts were ordered on 1/18/19. On 2/6/19 all the parts were delivered to ***’s. On 2/7/19 I started receiving text messages from Mr. as quoted
“This car is completely unacceptable. Personally I just want to take it back to my original guys and just have them do it correctly. I'm not threatening to come after you guys for any money I really don't care. you guys used broken pieces of the skirting and put some cheap-as tape on there to hold it and after the rain it popped off. It took you guys twice as long then you told me to get it done. Your estimators or salespeople are literally full of st and do not pay attention to what you're telling them in the very beginning. I think the biggest problem that you have is miscommunication and your reps not following through with what they say. My trunk is the only thing that got hit about whole back in section everything you guys did literally looks like st. The trunk doesn't even lineup the arm rubs on the inside piece we are opening and close it. No one even checked your work? now
I'm screwed and supposed to bring my car back so you guys can do it right when it should have been done the first time. I am not going to pay for another rental car to wait for this to get done that is completely unacceptable.
When it comes to the Civic I know that I was given a bunch of st promises. I know for a fact your people didn't listen to me even though I told him several times to write it down. I'm tired of hearing excuses when I am extremely close with my agent from State farm and things you guys are telling me are not accurate or true. I guarantee unless you make them they will not even look into the door speakers that literally popped after the accident or the back end got shoved in the face I don't know. In the beginning you guys told me three weeks we're on top of everything. I called at the 3-week *** and supposedly you're waiting on parts or the parts are just getting there. Still not telling us when it will be done. I don't know Chris I'm sure I sound like a as-whole to you but I don't do business this way. My first experience with your redland shop was a complete disaster and we went
to caliber collision in Redlands after that and I have never been treated better and the communication was key with them. I contacted Jeff and I was pretty much told by a few people if I went through San Bernardino even though it's twice as far for me that my experience would be different. Unfortunately even with all the warnings I think it's been worse actually I know it has”
My text response was “You can call me back at ***”, I had left two voice mail messages on his cell phone, I had never received a phone car back. At this point I had decided not to do work for Mr.. From his text message to me it seems he want to go to Caliber Collision.
On 2/20/19 I had received a phone call from Mr. wife asking what was going on with their car. I explained to Mrs., “***’s has decided not to do the repairs to your husbands’ vehicle. Please have your husband call me.” I had also sent another text message to Mr. “You can call me back at ***”. I received another text message from Mr. as quoted
“*** I'm in Las Vegas right now at a trade show convention for my company. I'll probably call you tomorrow on my drive back so we can figure out how to get the car out of your guys's office can I take it somewhere that knows what they're doing. You guys say my expectations are too high that's pretty fking sad. My expectations are only what I'm told they're going to be. but whatever I really don't give a st we'll deal with this later..

On 2/22/19 I called State Farm for a negative supplement, Steven at the BAR explained that we need to do a neg supp and refund the money back to State Farm. Becky from State Farm said to refund the customer the Money.
On 3/1/19 *** came in to the shop on Friday 3/1.
I gave him the final repair bill with the refund check. *** said he will need to read the paperwork. Then he questioned the parts why he was not being charged for his parts. I tried to explain to him the only parts that were not able to be returned was the wheels because those were repaired. Then he wanted to look at the vehicle. We went out and looked at the vehicle. *** said, “if his speakers don't work, he will not pick up vehicle”. He got in the vehicle and started the vehicle. He turned on his stereo. I asked him if it worked? He said yeah. *** started yelling that he isn’t going to take the vehicle, and I can do whatever I want to do with his vehicle. I explained to him, he has the key and it is his responsibility. He then started taking the old parts out of his truck and placed them back on the parts rack and tossed his key in the parts box. I then explained I will be starting storage on the next day, 3/2. *** told me to do whatever I want to do with his car. Jumped in his truck and left.
3/5/19 Starting Lien Sale today.
3/11/19 ***@scefcu.org Lien Holder called and asked what's going on with Mr.... I explained that the customer was handed his refund check his keys to his car. He went out and started it and check the stereo to see if it worked. Which it did. After that Mr. went over to the truck that had his parts in.... unloaded the parts and put his key in one of the boxes. Then told me to do whatever I want to do with the car. Jumped in his truck and left. I emailed *** a copy of the insurance check.

3/12 SCE FCU picked up vehicle. Paid the 670 which was 10 days of storage and 70 Lien sale. I refunded the lien holder the insurance check.
