This customer from the very beginning of our relationship constantly asked for a break in our prices. Our prices where explained by myself and my staff several times and the customer still asked for some kind of break in the price or a change in the way we structured our prices. They were told that...

each sitting would cost a certain amount and if another person was added or the situation changed, indoors at their home, outdoors or in the studio an additional charge would be applied, again, they asked that we skip the charge and do the additional work for free. We established what they wanted and they paid for one sitting in advance. On the day of the sitting they added another son and we took those as well but I did not charge them for the extra sitting.After the sitting was put online they came to the studio to order and insisted that they should be able to choose more than one pose for the package prices that include one pose only. This was explained when we gave them the price list in the original consultation. The client said it was not stated on the price list that it came from one pose. After it was explained again by my employee and again by me, Jim T[redacted] (owner), Mr. B[redacted]i became extremely persistent and belligerent. I explained that he did not have to go with a package but instead purchase prints individually and Mr. B[redacted]i kept insisting that he wanted a package with multiple images, again and again I explained that that is not the way our system is structured that we create more prints at a discounted package price because we didn't have to retouch more images only create more prints. Again and again Mr. B[redacted]i insisted that he get his way. I then pointed out that the price list did not say he could have as many poses as he wanted from the package either. He became more and more belligerent at which point I asked him to leave my studio.He then insisted he get a refund for the sitting fee at this point I pointed out that in fact he still owed money for one sitting fee and that I had fulfilled my obligation to photograph his son and more. Over two hundred pictures were created. He refused to leave or stop abusing us and calling us liars and cheats and he refused. Then he said he would call the [redacted] and dialed someone, so I called the [redacted] who arrived and asked Mr. B[redacted]i to leave.This is a case of a customer, who from the start, was trying to get something for nothing and has now gone all over social media, [redacted] and [redacted] and now your organization to try and ruin my studios reputation because he did not get what he wanted or deserved. I have owned this business for almost 40 years and the studio is almost 70 years old and we have never had this problem from this price list or other customer.Jim T[redacted] Photography [redacted]
