I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I was unable to file my response by email once I had rejected the proposal from the businessI should have written down the step in order to fill in my response. I would like that opportunity, I was waiting on the paper work from our shop supervisor at BrandtThis last week was a holiday in Canada so needed the paper work to prove that the work that AMS was claiming they had no proof was done was documented in Brandts records and we were charged for that service. Brandt also being a business that operates and is under the Revdex.com would not be lawful or right to have in their records and document and charge for work that was not done. So was waiting on service records to respond yesterday, then I hit reject and it would not allow me to continue further to write a response.I also have original invoice from AMS stating the transmission we purchased was a reman transmission which means the part should have met the specifications to be used in a reman, and that the Brandt shop is claiming that the gears three through which are not the ones that had failed causing us to take back in do not meet those specifications. And into regards to their next claim that they have no proof the hours were not turned back our mechanic was also asked about that and stated that the cost for the materials needed would be between 13,to 14,dollars and no guarantee that it would work, and their shop would be unable to provide that service as it would be unlawful. We would not know where to buy those parts, nor how to do it and that cost would not be beneficial to turn back hoursThat could not have been done and feel that the cost and timeline is enough to prove that was not an option to pursue.I also have the email communication with Jenna from AMS and ourselves stating the date the truck left the shop and that is when the warranty would start not the month claim they are stating. They are using the date we inquired about and started purchasing the transmission and have documentation that through phone conversations Jenna had said it would start once the truck went into serves and have the email where we let her know the date it left the shopI have also went through all billed information and have exact date the truck was used and billed.Which we feel is further proof of hours put on the truck, they incur cost to operate and if you don’t charge for hours operated then why put the hours on. Just felt it was further proof to determent the actual number of hours put on the transmission that is in questionAnd further proof that the materials used in the reman did not meet specification in order to fail so quicklyFeb11 3hrs, 12 2hrs, 16 7hrs, 19 5hrs, 24 3hrs, 25 9hrs, 26 hrs total hrs for Feb 38hrMar1 2hrs, 7 3hrs total hrs for Mar 5hrApr29 hrs total hrs for Apr 5hrMay2 7hrs, 3 5hrs, 22 3hrs, 23 hrs total hrs for May 18hrJune3 hrs, 6 9hrs, 7 8hrs, 8 6hrs, 10 9hrs, 13 hrs(this is day it failed) total hrs for June 40hrAs you can see between our spring break up which we had told AMS about this unit did not work that many hrs, and why use something your not getting paid for. I could also provide proof why March and Aprils the truck was not used my dad went into the Hospital Feb 28 and passed on April 21, myself only spent days in Canada as we were also in Europe for weeks durning that time. No one was in country to use the truckI also have payroll records that would prove thisWe were not able to be here there for our employees did not work. I didn’t feel we need to provide AMS with this information at the start but their claims that they don’t know the truck did not run I feel it is important they know all reasons why it did not.I am also sending the email correspondence between AMS and our mechanic as proof he has asked for a list of part used in the reman trying to figure out if the parts used failed they would have warranty and he was willing to track that down.Regards,

Mr*** purchased this transmission from us knowing that we had a 3rd party company that specializes in rebuilding *** *** transmissions build this for usAs stated in his complaint Mr*** knew that there was a day warrantymonths later when problems occurred he called and told us that
it was at his local *** *** dealership and he explained that there were some wear problems with the transmission and stated that he only put hours on the machineWhen we reached out the 3rd party rebuilder they stated that the transmission was out of warranty and they could not honor a warranty that was days outdatedThey also stated that there is no way of telling if the customer truly had only hours on the machine, as well as if they had even properly cleaned out their system from the failure of Mr***'s old transmissionIt is unfortunate that this failure happened but the transmission is far past the day warranty

We quoted this customer on a replacement part for construction equipment. When placing the order the customer asked about an additional part for his machine so when we went back to check the motor we then found that either the customer had given us the wrong part number or we had looked at the wrong...

part initially. We immediately called the customer and apologized for the mixup as the correct part was a little more money and told him that we had not yet charged his card.  He said he didn’t want to order as he got a better price elsewhere. We told the customer we could not match the better price and his card would not be charged. The customer then called back and talked to a different one of our sales reps as the initial sales rep he dealt with was out of office and demanded a better price. We again told him we could not provide the part but he was free to order the cheaper option he got. Again, the customers charge was never charged. We are not sure what else to do for this customer as he found a cheaper option than the one we had and we never charged him for the transaction.
