call us 2 years after the date of service with the insurance information and most insurance companies don't honor claims that old. This account was to be closed there was only enough funds in the account to cover: check # [redacted] - $100 check # [redacted] - $154.79 after the check was not cashed for a few weeks I called to see if payment was received but they just didn’t deposit the check and I was told that the check was not received and I wanted to close the account so I paid over the phone using the debit card for this account.  I was told that the account was marked as paid in full and that if the check ever showed up it would be destroyed.  I would have never paid the bill twice knowing that the account could not cover the amount and it wouldn’t make sense for me to intentionally pay the bill two times anyway.  I am still waiting for the letter from the office manager to take to my back and still has not been received.  Please see the attached showing the overdraft fees that caused 2 checks to bounce because of their error.
