Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below From: [redacted] < [redacted] _ [redacted] @yahoo.com>Date: Fri, Sep 2, at 1:PMSubject: REGARDING COMPLAINT # [redacted] .To: "***[email protected]" Ms***, Regarding the response fro Edward F*, Jet's Pizza, I am disputing the content of his response, due to his attempt to minimize the situation After getting several text messages, regarding pizza specials related to the Cleveland [redacted] Team, I contacted Jet's Pizza and asked for a managerA gentleman said he WAS the managerI gave him my name, telephone numberHe said he was sorry then, he also said that he would contact the owner, let him knowThis should have been the end of the matterIt was notThis was a verbal notice to cease immediately I DID CALL and spoke with Lepa at the Jet's Corporate Office, explained the situation, she took my information and said that she would call me backLepa call me back, and said she spoke with the owner and he is sorry and that he would call me to offer me a gift certificate for FREE Pizza at Jet'sI TOLD HER THEN I DON'T WANT FREE PIZZA She said that she would call me back to see if, in fact, he did contact meSHE DIDI told her that He left a VOICE MAIL Message saying he wanted to offer me a $pizza gift certificate for my troubleI REFUSE TO CALL HIM BACK(NOT $AS HE STATES) I have never spoke with this manI have voice mail, and he has not left any further messages in an attempt to contact me Upon receiving, yet another text message, August 12, 2016, I went directly to the store showed both employees the messageI was standing right there and she told me "he said he was giving the vendor you number" I told the young lady to call him back and tell him don't give my number to anyoneED F [redacted] GAVE MY NUMBER TO KEITH P***, WHO CALLED ME AND LIED AND SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM JET'S MARKETING DEPARTMENTI CALLED HIM A LIAR HE WAS AN INDEPENDENT VENDOR THAT JET'S HIREDI ALSO TOLD HIM THAT ED F [redacted] HAD NO RIGHT TO GIVE HIM MY NUMBERI DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH HIS COMPANY(EZ-TEXT) I screamed repeatedly that I wanted the text messages to stopHe asked me what could he doAGAIN, I said STOP THE TEXT MESSAGESHe then told me that the owner was going to call him to see if he called me and he was going to ask him if he ask me what could he do about the situationI SAID AT LEAST TIMES I WANTED THE TEXT MESSAGE TO STOPYES, HE OFFERED TO PAY MESO, YES I SCREAM OUT "YOU CAN GIVE ME $10,BECAUSE HE KEPT ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS, AND I RESPONDED WITH AN APPROPRIATE ANSWERTHAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTEDI WANTED THE TEXT MESSAGE TO STOP THEN KEITH PAPLEY'S CALL WAITING BEEPED, AND HE TOLD ME HE IS ON THE PHONE NOW, "WHAT DO I TELL HIM" SO, SCEAMING, I SAID: "YOU TELL HIM THAT HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN YOU MY NUMBER, AND TELL HIM, I WILL SUE HIS A**THAT'S WHEN I HUNG UPPlease note: Keith P [redacted] did ask me if I "opted-in" I told him NOAND I DID TELL HIM IT IS AGAINST THE LAW I called Jet's Corporate office again,(August 12, 2016) and had a conference call with Lepa and Mary K [redacted] Lepa, advised me that she would investigate again and call me back(Before she left for the day.) I did tell her it was OK, don't stay at work after her quitting timeShe could call me back the next dayHowever, she did notMary K [redacted] , advised me that she was the DirectorShe agreed with me that Ed F [redacted] should not have had HIS vendor contact meI repeatedly several times that I do not have a contract with Kieth P***/EZTextBoth of them assured me that the matter would be resolvedHowever, Lepa, to this date, has not called back and has not returned me voice mail message HERE IS THE NEW INFORMATION AS WELL AS FACTS Ed F*'s reply is offensive, and his purpose is to place blame on me Regarding the text messages, I DID NOT HAVE TO TEXT STOP OR GOI filed my complaint, IN WRITING to the Jet's Corporate Office on June 10, I was assured by Lepa, that the situation was taken care of I do not want a $gift certificate, and I did not have to call Ed F [redacted] back Ed F [redacted] was not authorized to give my telephone number to HIS VendorAnd I told his staff to call him back and tell him so I never oto received promotional text messages From Jet's Pizza Ed F [redacted] has acknowledged that he hired a Vendor, Keith P***, EZ Tezt, to send text messages to his customers, without their written consent I have never purchased pizza's from Jet's PizzaSo the theory that he authorized Keith P [redacted] to send text messages ONLY to customers that purchased or more pizza's is another lie Ed F [redacted] is in violation of Federal TCPA, TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, THAT SPECIFICALLY STATES: "FOR EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES SENT TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE" "CONSENT MUST BE IN WRITING" Ed F [redacted] did not obtain written permission from me to send out EVEN ONE Promotional Text message I am done with this matter as it relates to the Revdex.comMy next step is to file a complaint with the ***, [redacted] and The [redacted] Ed F*'s response has infuriated me to no endHe needs to address this problem with his Vendor, his staff, and Jet's Corporate OfficeEd F [redacted] is running a business, and I did not need to know who his vendor isThe text messages says: "Jet's Pizza"Not EZ Text, Not Keith P*** This was a simple matter that should have resolved itself with my initial call to Jet's Pizza I do not need to ENRICH MYSELF, NOR DO I NEED TO WORK AT A LOWLY STORE FRONT PIZZA SHOP FOR INCOMEMost importantly, I do not need to take responsibility for the actions initiated by Jet's Pizza Please review the DESIRED RESOLUTION/OUTCOME SECTION OF MY COMPLAINT WHICH STATES: "I AM DETERMINED TO HAVE FINES IMPOSED ON THIS COMPANY." Court Fines, NOT TO ME, unless I sue Jet's Pizza,and that is NOT done through the Cleveland Revdex.com I'M DONE [redacted]

Regarding the response fro Edward F[redacted], Jet's Pizza, I am disputing the content of his response, due to his attempt to minimize the situation.
After getting several text messages, regarding pizza specials related to the Cleveland [redacted] Team, I contacted Jet's Pizza and asked for a manager. A gentleman said he WAS the manager. I gave him my name, telephone number. He said he was sorry then, he also said that he would contact the owner, let him know. This should have been the end of the matter. It was not. This was a verbal notice to cease immediately.
I DID CALL and spoke with Lepa at the Jet's Corporate Office, explained the situation, she took my information and said that she would call me back. Lepa call me back, and said she spoke with the owner and he is sorry and that he would call me to offer me a gift certificate for FREE Pizza at Jet's. I TOLD HER THEN I DON'T WANT FREE PIZZA.  She said that she would call me back to see if, in fact, he did contact me. SHE DID. I told her that He left a VOICE MAIL Message saying he wanted to offer me a $50.00 pizza gift certificate for my trouble. I REFUSE TO CALL HIM BACK. (NOT $100.00 AS HE STATES)  I have never spoke with this man. I have voice mail, and he has not left any further messages in an attempt to contact me.
Upon receiving, yet another text message, August 12, 2016, I went directly to the store showed both employees the message. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT ED F[redacted] HAD NO RIGHT TO GIVE HIM MY NUMBER. I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH HIS COMPANY. (EZ-TEXT) I screamed repeatedly that I wanted the text messages to stop. He asked me what could he do. AGAIN, I said STOP THE TEXT MESSAGES. He then told me that the owner was going to call him to see if he called me and he was going to ask him if he ask me what could he do about the situation. I SAID AT LEAST 3 TIMES I WANTED THE TEXT MESSAGE TO STOP. YES, HE OFFERED TO PAY ME. SO, YES I SCREAM OUT "YOU CAN GIVE ME $10,000.00 BECAUSE HE KEPT ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS, AND I RESPONDED WITH AN APPROPRIATE ANSWER. THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. I WANTED THE TEXT MESSAGE TO STOP.  THEN KEITH PAPLEY'S CALL WAITING BEEPED, AND HE TOLD ME HE IS ON THE PHONE NOW, "WHAT DO I TELL HIM" SO, SCEAMING, I SAID: "YOU TELL HIM THAT HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN YOU MY NUMBER, AND TELL HIM, I WILL SUE HIS A**. THAT'S WHEN I HUNG UP. Please note: Keith P[redacted] did ask me if I "opted-in" I told him NO. AND I DID TELL HIM IT IS AGAINST THE LAW.
I called Jet's Corporate office again,(August 12, 2016) and had a conference call with Lepa and Mary K[redacted]. Lepa, advised me that she would investigate again and call me back. Mary K[redacted], advised me that she was the Director. She agreed with me that Ed F[redacted] should not have had HIS vendor contact me. I repeatedly several times that I do not have a contract with Kieth P[redacted]/EZText. Both of them assured me that the matter would be resolved. However, Lepa, to this date, has not called back and has not returned me voice mail message.
HERE IS THE NEW INFORMATION AS WELL AS FACTS.
1. Ed F[redacted]'s reply is offensive, and his purpose is to place blame on me.
2. Regarding the text messages, I DID NOT HAVE TO TEXT STOP OR GO. I filed my complaint, IN WRITING to the Jet's Corporate Office on June 10, 2016.
3. I was assured by Lepa, that the situation was taken care of.
4. I do not want a $50.00 gift certificate, and I did not have to call Ed F[redacted] back.
5. Ed F[redacted] was not authorized to give my telephone number to HIS Vendor. And I told his staff to call him back and tell him so.
6. I never opt-In to received promotional text messages From Jet's Pizza.
7. Ed F[redacted] has acknowledged that he hired a Vendor, Keith P[redacted], EZ Tezt, to send text messages to his customers, without their written consent.
8. I have never purchased 10 pizza's from Jet's Pizza. So the theory that he  authorized Keith P[redacted] to send text messages ONLY to customers that purchased 10 or more pizza's is another lie.
9. Ed F[redacted] is in violation of Federal TCPA, TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, THAT SPECIFICALLY STATES:
"FOR EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES SENT TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE"
"CONSENT MUST BE IN WRITING"
Ed F[redacted] did not obtain written permission from me to send out EVEN ONE Promotional Text message.
10. I am done with this matter as it relates to the Revdex.com. My next step is to file a complaint with the [redacted], [redacted] and The [redacted]. Ed F[redacted]'s response has infuriated me to no end. He needs to address this problem with his Vendor, his staff, and Jet's Corporate Office. Ed F[redacted] is running a business, and I did not need to know who his vendor is. The text messages says: "Jet's Pizza". Not EZ Text, Not Keith P[redacted].
11. This was a simple matter that should have resolved itself with my initial call to Jet's Pizza.
12. I do not need to ENRICH MYSELF, NOR DO I NEED TO WORK AT A LOWLY STORE FRONT PIZZA SHOP FOR INCOME. Most importantly, I do not need to take responsibility for the actions initiated by Jet's Pizza..
13. Please review the DESIRED RESOLUTION/OUTCOME SECTION OF MY COMPLAINT WHICH STATES: "I AM DETERMINED TO HAVE FINES IMPOSED ON THIS COMPANY."   Court Fines, NOT TO ME, unless I sue Jet's Pizza,and that is NOT done through the Cleveland Revdex.com.
