Wyndham Anaheim Park Hotel

Review: I stayed at the Howard Johnson inn fullerton hotel and conference center and got bed bugs while there. I had maintenance come in and examine the bed and they told me that it was bed bugs. When I went to the front desk they first tried to tell me that there was nothing that they could do for me except for switch my room. When I told them they should be comping my entire stay, at first they said no until after arguing for a little while they finally said they would do that. I also said that all of my clothes, luggage, pillows, blankets, car interior (since its fabric) would have to be treated because bed bugs are travelers and I can't take the chance of them being in my things. I was told that every charge would be covered that came from the bed bugs. I asked them to put it in writing with all of the promises that I had been told and they did. I went and got everything cleaned and took my receipts back to the hotel to get my money refunded and they told me they would not cover the costs of having to get my things treated. When I brought up the paper that was written and given to me they just said it doesn't matter, it doesn't mean anything to us. I have spent hours having to fix a problem that never should of happened if they kept the hotel cleaner. I've spent money in treatment and gas driving all over to get this issue resolved for something that's not my fault but the fault of a hotel that it's not clean.
