Wyndham Flagstaff Resorts

Review: We purchased a wyndham time share July 6, 2015 at the flagstaff resort on country club dr. During the presentation by our sales rep., [redacted], we were told that the advantage of purchasing with her in flagstaff was it would be our home resort which then would give us an advantage with booking time at that resort 13 months out from the time desired (otherwise we would be at the mercy of a 10 month booking window with little success of getting our desired time). When we returned home, I immediately called to book next July (2016) and was told our contract was for Sedona, and we had no advantage of a 13 month booking. We definitely would not have purchased if we had been told this. So in essence, my complaint is we were not told the truth about our purchase.Desired Settlement: If Wyndham will not honor what was told to us, we would like a full refund.
