1st racially motivated event in Philly belongs to Wyndham
Was in Philly to bring in the new year 2023! My stay was terrible. 1rst racially motivated encounter in 2023. Way to go Wyndham! I was approached by security as I was leaving the building for no cause. I had just come out of my room, caught the elevator down, and was leaving to hit he town when the security guy approached me. No loitering or nothing. I asked him why he was approaching me but he had no answer as to why. His hostility and aggression grew more and more worse as the encounter continued so I continued to exit the building. To approach me like that for no reason, , this guy must have been either intoxicated or high or something. Instead of enjoying my New Years eve, I spent the night worrying about the encounter and what would happen when I returned back to the hotel to my room so I stayed out longer than I should have to avoid going back there and running into him. And to add insult to injury, I paid for this to happen to me. I have asked Wyndham to preserve the tapes but I don't whether that has been done. I think management is trying to sweep this under the rug.

As per Mr [redacted] 's request under the Desired Outcome/Settlement section of Complaint ID [redacted] , we have Sent Mr [redacted] a copy of the non-liability statement located on the inside of all of our guestroom doors.I am unsure what "Other (requires explanation)" under the second Desired Settlement section is referring toAny guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,John K [redacted] General Manager

As per the guest's request we have emailed him an 1/by copy of the sign located on the back of each guest room door This sign includes the fire evacuation plan and the Innkeeper's Liability Statute We have also attached a copy to this letter Also attached is an email from the guest informing Arvel H*** our Director of Guest Services that the Revdex.com can close out the above referenced caseWe completed full investigation of the concerns made by the guest at the time of the incident Based on the lock interrogation report, only guest keys were used to enter the suite Therefore, we do no have any evidence to support that a hotel staff member was responsible for missing itemsIf you have any questions please feel free to contact me either by email or my direct lineRegards,
