Maintenance request on 9/5/17 was handled that day. The air conditioning unit, located above the guest bath tub, was creating condensation which drips into
a pan that then
goes down
a small line to exit the apartment....

The condensation leak had overflowed
onto the ceiling tile above the tub. The line and pan were cleared as requested and the tile replaced- issued resolved. The master bath tub was draining slowly, maintenance poured
a drain cleaner down the drain to clear line. Maintenance advised resident that
the cleaner will have
a strong smell and that she should leave the apartment for
2 hours
to let the smell subside. This drain cleaner is
a commonly used and was only in the
master bath. The smell the resident stated Is in the guest bathroom was
a faint odor
from the condensation in the drip pan. The property manager walked the apartment with resident and did not find an odor but replaced all ceiling tiles in the bathroom.
