I had a very positive experience with Storm Guard Restoration of the Triad. I have been in my house for 15 years and began to expect that my roof would soon need to be replaced. They provided a free, non binding, inspection of my room and they found significant hail and wind damage. They worked with my insurance company and submitted all of the necessary documentation to have my roof replaced and all I had to pay was my deductible. They did their work in a timely and professional manner and I'm very satisfied with the finished product. I also had them provide me with a quote to do some interior painting and I ended up hiring them to paint several interior rooms of my house. They did excellent work and I'm totally satisfied. Next, they will be installing "gutter guards" over the top of my existing gutters, which is yet to be completed. But, all in all, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and his crew did a great job on my roof replacement. They handled everything from a shingle upgrade, additional options I wanted added as well as replacing my gutters. Very attentive to making sure that I was satisfied with each step and keeping me updated on scheduling (we had several weather delays)...customer service was awesome!
