Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me BUT! I am upset that because I'm the only guest who actually opened my mouth about the horriable experience that "it may not have happened" the rug was NOT new actually it had a big melted stain on it from someone dropping a hot iron on the floor, you could see the dirt around that stain! I have pictures of the bathroom and the dirt and black that was around the floor of the tub and in the tub as well! So next time you issue a statement it is probable best not to call you customers liars a when they have photo evidence that, that room was a health code violationI appreciate the refund and no need to worry we will not be staying againever! The Director of Operations at the hotel contacted the guest and issued a full refund for the inconvenienceWe had no record about noise complaints form that room that night and we believe that the rug was not only clean but new since the hotel went through a full renovation in the past few months
however we do believe that the hotel did not meet this guest expectation and would give her a full refund.Thank you Ayman A***General manager

The customer brought the incorrect charge to the attention of the General Manager, Ayman A[redacted]. Through verification we were able to identify this was a miss-posting and the customer’s credit card was refunded in the amount of $62.75. Thank you.
