Thank you for contacting us to resolve this issue.
 
Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication in regards to the discounts our guests are to receive at various local restaurants. It is our understanding the guest spent $100 dollars he shouldn’t have due to this miscommunication. We are more than happy to refund Mr. [redacted] $100 to his credit card on file. We do hope this is a valid solution to this particular incident.
 
In addition, we have reached out to each restaurant mentioned and clarified the agreement we previously had in regards to discounts for Wyndham guests on [redacted]. We do not foresee any future mishaps similar to this.
