Wyndhill does not compete quoted and agreed upon work within a reasonable time In October of we signed a proposal with wyndhill roofing to replace our roof, gutters, and windows damaged by a hail storm in July of Understanding that they were extremely busy with the large magnitude of homes damaged in the storm, wyndhill completed the roof in late October, gutters in December and failed to install the windows Wyndhill failed to communicate timelines, and when workers arrived it was a surprise; waking up one morning to find guys replacing gutters without a phone call "heads up" Wyndhill sent a rep out to measure windows but "forgot to order them," leaving me with still broken windows in February Bottom line; awful customer service, irresponsible management but to be fair-the work they did was quality

Michael and his crew are terrific -- they are easy to communicate and work with, did thorough work, and cleaned up all debris They repaired several places on our roof and gutters that had been problems for a while because the original installations were incorrect They made several trips to ensure that everything was perfect Great results, highly recommend!
