I want to add that when I departed the apartment complex the [redacted] made arrangement with me that she would hold Ms. [redacted] responsible because they never made me aware of her bad check and they excepted as payment without my knowledge and continue to take it out of my payment every month without my knowledge. I was only aware of it at the time I was released from the lease so they except a payment without my knowledge and the manage stated that I was cleared of this matter.

To whom it may concern:
 
In Ms. [redacted]’s response and subsequent rejection to our original response to the Revdex.com, she states that an arrangement was made with the [redacted] to “hold Ms. [redacted] responsible,” though she does not indicate what it was Ms. [redacted] was to be held responsible for.  However, Ms. [redacted] has not provided any proof that she reached an agreement with the [redacted]. The only written agreement of responsibility is the lease, and Ms. [redacted] is the sole lease holder.  Ms. [redacted] was listed only as an occupant on the lease agreement, and therefore was not financially responsible for any charges on the account.  The only person financially responsible for fees on the account, regardless of who made the payment or incurred the fees, was Ms. [redacted].  If she can provide written proof that another agreement was made, we would be happy to examine this further. 
 
We understand that agreements between roommate sometimes result in one party being held financially responsible, though it may not be equitable.  However, we are required to operate based on the legally binding written lease agreement  and the lease holder when collecting balances due.

This is in response to the billing/collection complaint filed by [redacted] about Wyndmere Apartments.  We are the management company of this apartment community and are confident that good customer service has been provided to Ms. [redacted] and that the billing is accurate.
 
We strive to adhere to the contractual details of the signed lease agreement, which was signed by Ms. [redacted] as the lease holder.  The other tenants were only listed as occupants, and would not have any financial responsibility for the lease.  While she may have not written the check that was returned as NSF, she alone is responsible for the lease contract and the payment of charges due on the account.
