Wynn Auto Sales Reviews (2)

Review: I [redacted] purchased a vehicle from Wynn Auto's in mid June 2013. I have been making payments on this vehicle (2006 Ford Five Hundred) on the 26th of every month. My taxes/tags have been paid coming to a total of $410.00, which I hadn't received. During this time I received 3 temporary tags. Before actually receiving my vehicle I was aware that it would need some fixes. I paid a total of $2000 as my down payment and never received my car until a month later. I was given a BMW temporarily while they serviced my vehicle. I was riding around on dealer tags. I constantly questioned when I would be receiving my car, then finally after a month of complaining I was given the keys to my vehicle I had originally signed for.

Towards the end of October my car had started to act up, but I was aware of the transmission problem so I knew I had to take care of that. I called Wynn's Auto and they informed me on the status of my tags and taxes. Its now 4 months and I hadn't received any hard plates which I had paid for in August. After so many calls in November I was informed that they weren't able to get my hard tag because they in fact did not have the title to my vehicle. The car was never registered into my name. I spoke with an investigator from Delaware Motor Vehicle by the name of [redacted]. She had informed me that Wynn Autos had then had my title from her knowledge. When I spoke with [redacted] she had told me they had ownership of my car and had just received proper paper work to move forward with my tags. Three days later I had spoken with her husband Desmond Wynn when he let me know they had no paper work on my vehicle, and that I wasn't able to get a hard tag.

On December 4th,2013 I was given the option to go to New Jersey to find a new car to replace my car. I was told I would get a vehicle of equal or higher value that day, if I gave my vehicle back to Wynn Auto Sales. I picked out a 2002 Nissan Altima, which had to be inspected before I could drive away with it. I didn't hear anything back from Wynn Auto Sales until December 6th,2013 and that was because I called about 8 times before receiving an answer. I then learned that I wouldn't be getting that vehicle because of some issues with the car.

I surrendered my car under the assumption I would be receiving a new car. It has now been 2 days and I am with(out) car. I feel as though I am paying for a vehicle I should have one. I was offered to ride around on Wynn Auto's dealer tags but I later found out through DMV that, that is illegal.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back to take my business else where.

Review: On 5-20-2014 I talked to [redacted] of Wynn Auto Sales and put a $6,000 dollars deposit on a 2003 or 2004 H2 Hummer under 100,000 miles in great condition with a warranty . On 5-30-2014 we made a second installment of $3,000 dollars ; on 6-17-2014 we made a third and final installment of $4,000 dollars . All payments were received by [redacted] . After a long 9 week wait on 7-31-2014 my H2 Hummer finally came in with some brake light issues that would not let it pass inspection. ( the lights were euro lights) I took it to Wynn Auto Sales to have the tail light covers replaced . At that time(8-14-2014) I inquired about my $3,237 dollar credit and for the warranty information on the H2 Hummer. I received a 2000 Buick LeSabre for $3,135 dollars with a 30 day engine and transmission warranty for some of my credit leaving me with a credit of $102 dollars . On 8-16-2014 I realized that [redacted] and [redacted] had no intentions of replacing the tail lights for the h2 Hummer and did not have the information for the warranty. I was escorted by the Dover Police Department to retrieve my H2 Hummer from Wynn Auto Sales with no success because [redacted] and [redacted] lie to the police saying I traded it in . They told the officers I signed over the Hummer . (Not true) about 10 days after that the engine blew up on the Buick LeSabre that had a 30 day engine and transmission warranty they refused to fix the problem and also did not want to return the Buick LeSabre to me. Both vehicles were never registered to me according to DMV. They sold the h2 Hummer and the Buick LeSabre is still on the lot .Desired Settlement: I would like to have both of my vehicles back in working order the $102 credit back and the 2 months of insurance on the vehicle . I would like for their business license to be taken away , and two counts of felon and two counts of felony fraud.
