Review: I contacted Wynne Plumbing, and they came to fix a leak in my under-sink kitchen pipe in September of 2013; however, they replaced the wrong pipe, and the leak persisted. I paid them $216.66 by check to fix a pipe that was not in the least broken, because their plumbers misdiagnosed the problem. Then the [redacted] of the company returned to my apartment to fix the pipe, but misdiagnosed the problem again. By January, the leak was so bad that there was a lake on my kitchen floor, and the real source of the leak was painfully visible. Two different Wynne plumbers came to my apartment and assured me they would fix the leak free of charge, but now I have received a bill for $190.53. Given that I already paid Wynne $216.66 for a pipe that did not even need to be replaced, and Wynne failed to diagnose the problem repeatedly to the point where my kitchen was drenched, and after these gross errors Wynne specifically promised to fix the leak free of charge, please ask Wynne to send me a letter IN WRITING to confirm that I owe no new fees whatsoever, the charge of $190.53 of 2/**/2014 was erroneous, and they will cease and desist from harassing me for funds in the future.Desired Settlement: Given that I already paid Wynne $216.66 for a pipe that did not even need to be replaced, and Wynne failed to diagnose the problem repeatedly to the point where my kitchen was drenched, and after these gross errors Wynne specifically promised to fix the leak free of charge, please ask Wynne to send me a letter IN WRITING to confirm that I owe no new fees whatsoever, the charge of $190.53 of 2/**/2014 was erroneous, and they will cease and desist from harassing me for funds in the future.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Wynne Plumbing & Heating Corp, regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Nothing has been resolved, I still have their bill on my desk for a job they promised would be free of charge, to remedy their previous mistake in diagnosing my leak. Thank you for your help!
