Red flags
Wynns Extended Warranty looks good on paper but actions prove everything with these guys. They prove nothing but lies and deception.

False claims
Just thought of using this extended warranty told what it covers but at the end of the day turns out they don’t honor what they say. I put in the claim it was approved 36 hours later and mechanic shop gets a rejection. No reason what am I paying for a warranty that doesn’t cover nothing I feel like I am scammed

Wynn's should be subject of a class action lawsuit and shut down
Wynn's Service Contract was added to my loan . I paid $2,070.00 for this non-exisitent warranty. I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Impala and was financed by Credit Acceptance Company. The car had some issues with the brakes soon after I drove it off the lot. The car had over 163,000 miles (I know) but I was desperate and was assured that the car would be covered for 12,000 miles. I drive for Uber so I needed a car desperately. This company refused to do anything about my problem. I had to go out and pay to get my brakes fixed. No stars for this company unless it is a negative rating. These guys need to be put out of business.

Complete joke
Do not use this warranty company at all! You basically are just giving them free money. They are a complete joke and should not be able to stay in business. They will find every excuse in the book not to cover your vehicle that you paid for coverage on. The customer service is awful and they truly should not be able to stay in business! Run do not use this warranty place .

Worst warranty company in the industry
I'm a used car dealership that will know longer selling their warranties. They have become completely useless and no longer cover anything that is supposedly covered by their warranties. There customer service representatives are the most ignorant, nasty, obnoxious people on earth. They find any excuse not to cover there claims. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. ZERO STARS! BUYER BEWARE!

Worst warranties in the country!
I'm a used car dealership that will no longer be selling these warranties! This company has become the worst warranty in the industry. They no longer cover anything that is supposedly covered under the contract. There Customer service representatives are the most ignorant, nasty, belligerent, people in the industry. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase one of these warranties ever again. If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service representative " Michael " is an ignorant POS!

CAR AIR CONDITIONING
I purchased my car. 2007 SUBARU FORRESTER. Drove my car 2 days air conditioning just stop working completly. Had the car towed back to place I purchased it. Called WYNN PLUS to activate the warranty. I got some guy that asked me was the air conditioning working when I drove it off the lot I said yes. Immediatly he told me they could not help me. We continued to converse. I told him yes it was working but it completly stopped. He said that is the dealers fault. They refused to fix it. How is it that I am paying for a car and for a warranty that I cannot use.? I asked for a supervisor, but he/she was not available. Doring our phone conversation there was a bad connection. He insisted that I said the air conditioning was not working when I purchased the car. That is a LIE. It stopped working. I called back several times and they refused to allow it to be fixed.

THEY ARE THE WORST. I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM WITH BBB. WHO PAYS FOR A CAR THAT HAS NO AIR SERVICE AND A WARRANTY? NO DEFROST, NO AIR CONDITIONING . PLUS STILL MAKING PAYMENTS

Unsatisfactory service
My car has been sitting in the service department at Jim Tidwell Ford for the last two months waiting to get repaired. While it is sitting there I'm paying my car note on a vehicle which I can't drive until it gets fixed and paying $300+ out of my pocket for a rental every week, Wynn's told me that they would only pay for the time that my car is being worked on, but they are the ones that are delaying my car to be serviced . The main problem is the communication, or lack of communication between Jim Tidwell and Wynn's Plus, and the fact that I get a different story from both of them. Wynn's Plus doesn't want to cover the cost of the repairs, what they want to do is, "basically put a band-aid on a wound that needs stitches! They want to have as little done as possible to repair my car, so that the same thing can happen again as soon as my warranty expires.

SCAMMMMMMMM!!!
This is now my 2nd review, what is the worst about this, is people have to work their a$$es off to get a car, they "sell" the "warranty" but you do not get it. I mean we worked our butts off to be able to get this car, that we can't even use now, cause Wynns won't stand behind and do what they claim to do. I live in a small town, and we saved up for 5 months just to be able to put a deposit down, so 5 months having to get rides...5 months of borrowing cars to move...then it's all gone, because Wynns will not stand by what the promote, they are scammers they are fraud. Karma will come.

This company is fraud, scammers
The ONLY reason it got one star, is ONLY because you can't not give any stars. (they should have negative scores for this fraud company) I did not even have my car 90 days, it had been in the shop 2 times, now currently still at the Nissan place, so technically 3 times. I had to pay diagnostics, no biggie, but low an behold when they did the diagnostics, it was up to $4000 for repair. Me, trying to do the right thing got the Wynn's Plus warranty, paying out $3000 to have it. Wynn's is now refusing to pay the repair fee, they keep finding different reasons to not do so, first it was the "letterhead" needed, next it was the address they needed, now today, they need an email. Basically, pulling us along and dancing around so they do not have to pay it. Why in hell am I paying out $3000 for this warranty, I have read the contract till I am blue in the face! I now am out $7000 total due to this fraud company. If you are not going to stand behind what you are selling, then don't get in that business, but that is how this "company" is, they'll take your money in a heartbeat but in turn I don't get the product. If anyone is reading this and thinking of buying this warranty DO NOT DO IT! You will not get what you pay for, and all the dealerships that sell this are just as bad for promoting it. PLEASE DO NOT GO THRU THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAMMM! They take your hard earned money and no product!

No stars for company
I purchased a 2013 used GMC pickup in February. One week later the lifters started making a noise and the engine light came on. The truck would only go 25 MPH. Took it back to the dealer and after 4 months in the shop and a number of visits by Winn inspector they refused to cover the engine because they could not find the point of failure. don't use this company.

Very bad place
I had a wheel bearing go out that then caused my axle to break I never heard a noised I assumed it happened last once as the mechanic said but wynnaaid I had to have heard a noised and I was negelcful and they would t cover it never had a place foghtme so hard on covering something under a warranty last ones had when the eating went out all they asked for was the receipt for the cost and I was reimbursed and the guy I spoke to a wynnwas a a hole he was telling at me on the ohon until I stared telling back don't use this place there's too many other options

FAKE WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion with the Wynn's Plus Extended Warranty. I have only put 5,000 miles on it since I purchased it. My engine is dead. I have had 2 different mechanics; 1 being the Subaru mechanic, then sent to a Ford Dealership call to get approval to have it covered under their warranty. They will not cover it unless the engine is torn down to find out the block is bad stating is was from overheating which is not true! Wynn's will not install a new engine under their warranty. This is not the first time they have refused to cover a supposedly warranty issue as you can see in other reviews. I have contacted my bank, and also pursuing the Lemon Law with an attorney SAVE YOUR MONEY CAUSE THEIR WARRANTY IS A SCAM! I don't even want to give the any stars. I been without a car for over 30 days, no loaners!

Lack of Warranty
Purchased a 2011 Mazda CX7 with the Wynn's Plus Extended Warranty. I have only put 4,000 miles on it since I purchased it. My transmission is about to go out and I have had 3 different mechanics; 1 being the Mazda mechanic, call to get approval to have it covered under their warranty. They will not cover it unless the transmission is torn down at a price tag of $2300. This is no guarantee that the tear down or repaired transmission would be covered but they will not install a new transmission under their warranty. This is not the first time they have refused to cover a supposedly warranty issue. SAVE YOUR MONEY CAUSE THEIR WARRANTY IS A SCAM!

I will say I was really scared to bring my car in after reading the reviews. I just knew It was going to be the worst-case scenario. I was having a problem with my vehicle around 3,000 miles after I took it off the lot. I want to say that it had some SERIOUS engine issues, and although there were a few things they didn't cover, a few bolts and valves, they did cover a little over $2,000.00. I was left with paying for the diagnostics, and the $100 copay as well, but they did even offer me to use a car until my vehicle was fixed. I didn't take it, because I already had my brother drop off his spare at the shop before I knew anything.
I have to write a review because I don't see really any positive ones online & fear people don't report the good ones. I never had this warranty company before, but so thankful for everything they have done for me.

How did you get into contact with them as I work at a mechanical shop and they are ignoring me... This customer has been trying to get in touch with them since the day he bought his truck. Per the transmission went up the 1st day, they did not replace that, now he is trying to get thru Maryland inspection and they will not answer me. I spent more money on the warranty then what it would cost to fix the issues.

I Bought a truck and took it back the same day to David Stanley service engine light came on they wiped a sensor off then it came back on the next day took it back in and 3 months later transmission and radiator went out so I took it to Nissan and Nissan told Wynn Plus I needed a new transmission but they wanted it broken down so I sent it to Aamco they fought with Wynn to replace it while I was driving a rental for 3 months while paying a car note spent almost $4,000 dollars on the rental they only reimbursed me the maximum $150.00 dollars they are crooks

Review: I purchased the Wynn warranty with my Vehicle for Joseph Sage Auto. Bad Ideal two bad companies to work with! I have had to pay for almost every repair needed for my vehicle. Even though it states it should be covered. The company does not honor their own contract. The customer service agents are Very rude and unhelpful. No matter what the repair is, the company will try to blame you or find a way around not paying for it. Their warranty service is basically worthless! My vehicle has needed many repairs that should be covered but I had to pay out of pocket for them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for up to the contract amount $1530 being they did nothing as stated in their contract.

Review: I just purchased a car about 2 months now and the clutch of the car burned out. The clutch of the car has never been done for 84,000 miles and Wynn won't cover the 3400 dollars it cost too fix the car.Desired Settlement: I would love for them too acknowledge that I am still under 90 days of ownership and that the warranty clearly state lunricayed parts and I believe some parts should be covered or at least the job should be covered it is unfair

Review: I have been 5 weeks without my car . The transmission went and it was covered under warranty. . To this day they have failed tremendously to help. They have sent 2 transmissions and I was not the right one the 2nd one wasn't no good now we have a 3rd on the way .They only offered a rental for 4 days but with me payin up front then gettin reimbursed .. I paid out of pocket for 7 day rental. I wasn't expecting to be this long without vehichle.. I have made several attempts to call and voice my concerns and so has the dealership and we have fallen on deaf ears with nothing.This is the first time in my life ever having a car payment and it has been the worst experience in my life. I feel they should have compensated for the entire time of being without my vehicle and all they say is its not there problem it's a 3rd parties issue and they aren't paying nothing cause they did there part. I feel this is very unprofessional and I want them reported I was treated with absolutely no respect and they have offered absolutely nothing . It's becoming a very bad situation when I have to constantly get a ride back and forth to work or I would lose my job. I'm not near a bus station either so this has but a tremendous strain on my life and not counting the money I am out for gas to people who are helping me out . It's just not fair that this company can get by with this and not really care about there customers .I'm at my breaking point they don't take no fault in any of this at all and as far as I'm concerned they are more at fault then this 3rd party is because if they would have just let the dealership put in there transmission in I would have had my car that first week but the warranty company said it was too much money but here we are 5 weeks later and 2 transmissions later with 3rd on the way and I still have no car.Desired Settlement: To have my car back and for them to refund not only for the 7 days of car rental in the beginning but the refund for the transmission filter and the deductible .

Review: Purchased a 09 Dodge Caliber a year ago with an extended warranty through Wynn's Plus. Since I've purchased the car, it's been having transmission issues (without prior knowledge). There's been a few times when I'll be on the highway and suddenly the car will start decelerating while driving. I took the car by a Dodge dealership and they realize that it's a transmission issue, however Wynn won't replace it because they want the transmission broken down. If the dealer breaks down the transmission, it will then not be usable afterwards, and it's not definite that Wynn will fix it afterwards. My transmission is one unit and not multiple. However, Wynn claims they will not fix it unless it is broken down. Therefore, I purchased a car that isn't usable.Desired Settlement: I will like to be reimbursed for the cost of the rental and diagnose fees that I had to come out of pocket for, as well as the replacement of the transmission that Wynn's Plus Coverage said that they will replace. Chrysler stated the transmission in my car is one piece and the only way to fix the issue is to replace the whole thing. Driving this car is a safety hazard for me as well as my passengers. We've come too close of getting into an accident on a highway with cars and trucks.
