After pervious Revdex.com Complaint we discussed with service manager to make contact with customer to resolve the problemsBen N [redacted] our Service Manager made contact with Mrs [redacted] and made appointment for Jan 16, After making appointment with customer, they contacted a local shop( [redacted] service center) and they actually picked the vehicle up from the customer and delivered to our dealershipDuring the service visit we was still unable to duplicate the customers concernThe technician stated that the variable valve timing solenoid could cause a similar issue so the technician replaced the solenoid under warranty for the customerWe was still unable to duplicate the problemWe contacted the customer and they did not pick it up till 01/21/at 11:amAfter the car was picked up our service manager attempted to contact the customer and was unable to contact themOur dealership has not heard nothing back from the customer since the repairsAfter this complaint was submitted we contacted [redacted] motor company in [redacted] Sc and they stated that they have had the car since the first week of February and has not been able to duplicate the customers concernOur service manager contacted Mr [redacted] and tried to resolve the complaint but the vehicle was at [redacted] motor company and the customer was going to discuss the issue with them [redacted] motor Company has not had contact with the customerThe customer had [redacted] Service Center deliver the car to [redacted] Motor Company and also was going to have them pick the vehicle up at [redacted] Motor CompanyWe have signed copies of the repair orders from when thecustomer picked up the vehicleWe attempted to attach to this file but it is not letting us!

After making appointment with customer, they contacted a local shop([redacted] service center) and they actually picked the vehicle up from the customer and delivered to our dealership. During the service visit we was still unable to duplicate the customers concern.
