Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, Still calling me a liar Your still calling me a liar , If your wife would of given me a itemized paper of WHAT you did to my car in the first place it would of never gone this far YOU and YOUR wife are poor BUSINESS people You keep talking about the people that was at your garage the day my brother and myself was talking to you about work on my car , WAS your wife, your dog, and then your daughter whom you told you was talking to customersI ASKED you if you would TAKE PAYMENTS to do some work on my car my brother was the one who took me there because you told him to bring you customers so he did I told what it would cost me to put a power steering pump, idler arm , and replace the gas line on my engine cause it was cracked I gave you $CASH and my brother brought my car in for you to work on because I was at work, and your wife came to pick me up because you was not done with my car that day you called me later told me my Hommica balance had to be replace and when I went to pick my car up later that day THERE was NO CUSTOMERS THERE except you, your wife and dog and daughter YOU showed the Hommica Balance that YOU replaced and nothing more no other parts you Quoted me then I asked what you would charge me for a oil change and tune up because I was going to go visit my daughter and you quoted me $and was only going to charge me HALF LABOR When I went to give you another payment I asked your wife for a read out and that’s when she told me she gives them out after BILL is paid in full I told her I like to know what I'm paying for she said that [redacted] already told me I don't always take anyone by their word ,thinking a BUINESS MAN like you and was willing to do payments was a good person, BOY WAS I WRONG YOU keep calling me a liar when in fact your the one who is lying WHY would I take my car to you to get it fixed knowing you could hold my car for repairs until I paid it off if we didn't talk about me making payments to you firstAS far as me going to your shop to talk to you like adults is not going to stop what we are talking about on here you lied and you keep calling me and my brother and niece a liar YOU almost Blew my CAR UP !!!!! you told me when I THROUGHT you DID the OIL CHANGE and TUNE UP , I asked you why does the LIGHT keeping coming on you told me because the senor might be going out and don't worry about itThen my car started to sound sluggish and I went and had my oil check and THATS when I FOUND OUT YOU LIED!!!!!! AS far as my niece NOT COUSIN she said nothing to you about getting rid of it why would she put all that money into it if she was planning on getting rid of itYou probably didn't do work on her car either like you said ,for it to BREAK DOWN THREE DAYS LATERAs for my brother WHY would you keep lying about everything ???? He told you from the beginning he COULD ONLY DO PAYMENTS and YOU AGREED and he then brought you $on the third of the month for three months while his truck was still setting at my place You sent the tow truck over not us you didn't tell my brother that you would junk his truck out instead you just took it upon yourself and did it not really asking my brother if he wanted to put another engine in it which by the way he found one and was going to ask you what you would charge him .By then you already junk his truck told him you got and something , when we asked you about bleeding his clutch what you would charge you said nothing because you owed my brother moneyTold him to bring that Saturday of that week that Saturday came and wentTHAT same week we talked about putting a fuel filter or fuel pump on my car and told me you would call me and let me know AND YOU NEVER DIDWHICH brings us to where are YOU LIED and this is not getting us no whereYOU OWE MY BROTHER ,YOU OWE ME and YOU OWE MY NEICE YOU and my BROTHER made a DEAL why do you want to keep LYING ABOUT IT???? He TRUSTED YOU , WE BOTH THROUGHT YOU was a GOOD PERSON WE WILL take the next step if we CAN'T RESOLVE this through Revdex.comEven if we would or could settle this the damage is doneYOU LIED what YOU did to my CAR and YOU DID MY BROTHER WRONG!!!!! I am rejecting this response because: I DO NOT like
to be a liar [redacted] of Wyoming Gear is lying and he
knows he is n the wrong. Why would I waste Revdex.com time and
myself if what I’m saying isn't true. When we talked about working
on my car it was after [redacted] the
owner had agree to take payments from my brother to work on his
truck. Then I asked him if he would take payments to work on my car
he agree to and I gave him $85.00 cash right then and there. He
quoted me $690.00 included was suppose to be an oil change and tune
-up , The next day he did work on my car showed one part he had to
replace. Never seen anything else I took him at his Word. He also
said he was going to charge me half the amount of labor, that same
week I gave him $150.00 and asked his wife for a itemized statement
of what I was paying for and this is when she told me she gives one
out after paid in full. I paid him weekly up until May 2014 told him
I was not going to be working for the summer and I pay him monthly he
agree to that as well. Each time I paid him a payment it had nothing
on it but what I gave him and the balance I owe usually in black
marker . Nothing of the work
as far as not knowing
my niece she had brought her red 1995 Cadillac for him to work on
which he did and like said before three days later her car broke
down. She paid him $400 cash and paid the rest the next day during
this time he called me twice wanting to know if she will be by to pay
him the rest of the money.
As for my brother yes
he told him about a couple of vehicles he was checking on , said he
had to check them out , never once did my brother see these cars .
The next time my brother talked to him he said he junked out the
truck for $2 hundred and something. How could [redacted] the owner had the
title to my brothers truck when my brother has it . I would think
that a GOOD BUSINESS man would show what he sold truck for ,what work
he did on car. My brother DID NOT give [redacted] the owner the truck, to
keep the money for himself nor did my brother told him to have a toll
truck come pick the truck or dispose it. This is all on Wyoming Gear
, My brother then told [redacted] the owner take what he owes my brother
and put it on my bill and we should all be square and that’s when
my brother asked for a final receipt and again refused to give one.
I check my oil because the light kept coming on and that when I
found out [redacted] the Owner lied about changing my oil and tune up I
called the owner next day his answering service came on I told him he
lied to me and would like a receipt since my brother paid the

He is NOT true to his word and I feel sorry for those people who trust Wyoming Gear and
take their vehicles to some one who is not capable of running a
repair shop such as this man and his wife

I have several customers I can have make statements to back up my statements. they were here when [redacted] was to pick uip her car originally. she showed up with 150.00 and I was forced to make arrangements. my customers are ready to give there statements. as far as her brother goes. that is self explanatory. I do remember her cousin and her cadillac now. that car needed so much mmore work than she had money to fix it with and stated to me that she was going to sell it because she could not afford the work. I have customers that were witnesses to that particular situation too. they are williung to give statemenmts also. [redacted] you are being dishonest and you know it. I have well over 7 difeferent people that were here when you were, and at least 3 that were witnesses to your brother and my deal.I am sorry you are unhappy with wyoming gear, I truly am. but lying about the situation will not make it better. several people that have no ties to my shop heard and saw what happened the day you picked up your car. this is not the way it went down and I have proof. come down to the shop[ and we can talk about it like adult human beings. the Revdex.com rating I have means alot to my company and I will do what I can , short of sacrificing the integrity of my shop, to help make it right. you must tell the truth to the Revdex.com first., thank you. please contact me [redacted].

when I originally worked on [redacted] car, I quoted her 690.00 for the work stated in her complaint. I did every bit of work that I quoted her. She told me she would pick up her car later that day and had the money to pay for it. When she came to pick up her vehicle she only had 150.00 dollars. I was...

forced to make arrangements for the rest of her bill. She did make a few payments and paid it down to 265.00. Then I did not here from her for over a month. All work that I quoted her was done to her car. the week before thios complaint was filed , her brother and herself called me to do some work on their vehicles and I refused for obvious reasons. She was very short with me on the phone and I ended the conversation. as far as her "niece" goes, I have never met her./ As far as her brother goes, my deal with him on his truck was this, his motor was bad,m he told me to send it for scrap,even brought me the title to do it, and in return I would try and find him an inexpensive car he could make payments to me on. I let him know about 3 different cars, and he had NO MONEY to make a payment all three times. I had to pay to have the truck removed from my lot and was left with 40 dollars after everything. I honestly believe my company has done nothing wrong in this matter. thank you
