Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I agree that I signed the contact and initialed Part (A) of the Contract Terms which indicates that deposits are non-refundable after licenses are drawn I want to make you aware of the following: (1) Licenses were to be drawn on 5/31/ (2) I contacted the Wyoming Game and Fish Department on April 4, requesting that my Hunting License be withdrawn I contacted [redacted] My license was withdrawn before the licenses were issued and a full refund of $for the hunting license less a $withdrawal fee was made and applied to my credit card You can check with [redacted] and reference my personal Wyoming Sportsmen ID number of [redacted] I can provide a copy of the initial email I sent to [redacted] if requiredBased upon the date of the withdrawal of my license (4/4/16) which was prior to the license draw date of 5/31/I feel that I am entitled to a full refund of my $deposit and expect that the Outfitter and his representatives will agree and that the refund will be issued as son as possible Regards, [redacted] ***

your e-mails and the letter dated January 26, In the letters and e-mails you demand the return of your $1,deposit. Enclosed is a copy of the contract executed by you on November 12, The terms of that contract govern the issue of your depositThe contract is clear that 35% of the deposit is due at the time of ReservationUpon entering into the contract, you made an initial deposit of $At a later date you paid the remaining $900.00, thus satisfying your depositFurther, the Contract clearly states on Line A of the Contract Terms, initialed by you that "Deposits/Payments are non-refundable after licenses are drawn"You drew a license and thus your deposit became non-refundable at that time Please understand that the reason for this provision is that once you draw a license, the deposit is used to secure leasing rights and pay for anticipated expensesThus, once you drew your license, the deposit was spent.You have no legal basis to demand the return of your depositOffers were made in an attempt to amicably resolve the matter, You have rejected those offersConsequently, there is no further issue left to discuss.
