I am rejecting this response because:  I agree that I signed the contact and initialed Part (A) of the Contract Terms which indicates that deposits are non-refundable after licenses are drawn I want to make you aware of the following: (1) Licenses were to be drawn on 5/31/2016.  (2) I contacted the Wyoming Game and Fish Department on April 4, 2016 requesting that my Hunting License be withdrawn.  I contacted [redacted].  My license was withdrawn before the licenses were issued and a full refund of $326.00 for the hunting license less a $5 withdrawal fee was made and applied to my credit card.  You can check with [redacted] and reference my personal Wyoming Sportsmen ID number of [redacted].  I can provide a copy of the initial email I sent to [redacted] if required. Based upon the date of the withdrawal of my license (4/4/16) which was prior to the license draw date of 5/31/16 I feel that I am entitled to a full refund of my $1300 deposit and expect that the Outfitter and his representatives will agree and that the refund will be issued as son as possible.
