Bills sent out late, or not at all, at times can't accept electronic payment, expect bank information through mail

This company is a terrible power option for any renterThere are large monthly charges with nothing provided, customer service is terrible and not reached back by supervisor when promisedPayments are not easily made and bills are delivered late making late fees impossible to avoidPower companies do a much better job then this middle-man service tries to provideHighly unimpressed by this service

It is unfortunate for people who rent cannot choose their own provider for electricity. This company is not willing to help out their costumers. This company has sent me several bills late and even one month I did not received the bill and they disconnected my hydro without any information to me. They charged about $150.00 to reconnect it . I called them for this and spoke to Shane supervisor and he does not want to listen and he know because customers have no choice they can do whatever they have to do. I was never late for payment for last 12 month but when I told them I have not received the bill Mr. SHANE said "I have no control over Canada post if you have not received it nothing I can do" . I have nothing but negative thoughts about this third party company and would not recommend this company to anyone. It's unexceptable that people who rent do not have a choice as to which provider. We have choices for cable company but not electricity. I am Moving out because of Wyse meter and will never live in an apartment that has this third party company as a provider.

Since the owners of our mobile park opted for sub metering I have noted that I am not the only one whose Hydro bill has increased by 400 - 500%. We have seniors sitting in the dark in the evenings because their pensions are now stretched beyond their limit with the price increase. Due to numerous complaints Wyse sent in staff to ensure each meter actually represented the correct dwelling. So outrageous and unbelievable are the bills we receive. Time Of Use makes no difference. Unplugging appliances makes no difference. Why do we need a middle man? No wonder why some people live off the grid. [redacted]
