Wyvern Creations

I was going to purchase my first crossbow, I went to Wyvern Creations to look, there were two models that I couldn't decide on so I asked their opinion, he gaqve me his opinion and said, if you can wait 2weeks the new models will be out and there maybe something you like more, other companies would probably push prior models to get rid of them, I waited and then ordered the bow, the bow came only to find out they sent the wrong model, I was a little disappointed, I messaged them and they answered within 5 minutes, he apologized and said he will send the correct model the next day, I know st happens but it's the way you respond to the mistake that sets your company apart from others, and they responded in a 5 star rating.
