Review: be careful they are a bunch of nasty thieves, especially the girl who answers the phone ([redacted]). They towed my car, when I called the phone number to try and locate my car she said they were closed and the only way to get my car is if they bring it to me, for $272.81.Cash only because their credit card machine is broken. When they delivered my car driver handed me 2 bills of $136.09 each.I asked why 2 bills he said one from where you were towed to their yard and one from yard to my house. I was furious I explained that I was not given a choice of picking up my own car, which by the way yard is 10mins away from my house. I was given no choice but to have them deliver my car for $272.81 cash . Driver was extremely courteous but he told me I would have to call the office and discuss with them. Next day called numerous times no one ever called back I finally googled this place and was able to get other #'s and still no response. Third day I finally spoke to a [redacted] and he flat out told me no refund for second tow from yard to my house. My main complaint they are misleading they take advantage of you not telling you of the choice either pick up your car for $136.00 or you have the option to have it delivered for double the amount. All she said was we are closed only way to get your car is for us to bring it to you.Desired Settlement: $136.09
